We have fallen in love with Hollywood Beach. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else after this stay at the Marlin Beachside!! The check-in process was simple. The staff was fantastic! The place is beautiful! The room was spotless! I feel like this may be a weird note, but the floors were so clean that we were able to walk around in our room with bare feet, and the bottoms of our feet did not get dirty. This may seem like a small detail, but it confirmed that the place was actually clean. I have stayed in many places that I did not feel good about walking around the room without shoes, or if I did, my feet were dirty.
This end of the Broadwalk is less crowded, yet still close to everything with a short walk or bike ride. They offer beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. The bikes could use a little attention, but having access to free transportation is a nice amenity.
Having small kitchen was great. While we love the area, it can get expensive to eat out every meal. We were able to get groceries delivered and enjoy the use of the small kitchen!
Book your next stay here. You will not regret it! We are already planning our next trip to the Marlin Beachside!!

This was by far, the cleanest property I’ve ever been to. Felt right at home… the location is excellent! A few steps from the beach, not too far from bars and restaurants yet not too close to the noisy part of the broadwalk.

Amazing stay! The hotel and surrounding area is very beautiful, right by Hollywood Beach and the broadwalk. The check-in process is easy and the staff are very respectful to guests. Stay here and you won't regret it.

I like there is a laundry on site. The caulking in the bath tub became undone. It can be recaulked.
The shower water also filled up too high and may need unclogging. Also a light weight vaccum for the room would work wonders instead of a dust pan and broom. Just some friendly suggestions.

Excellent property location, just north of all the shops, bars, and restaurants on the broadwalk. Nice quiet spot with outdoor seating on the property to enjoy. The hotel has bikes for use, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and even kids toys. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Marlin Beachside is by far the best choice for any vacation. Its steps from the beach, parking is easy, the rooms are clean and modern and the owners/staff are super friendly and accommodating. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

The aparthotel was very clean. Check in and check out were very easy. It was the perfect blend of beautiful and economical. There wasn't an ocean view but walk a few steps and you were at the beach. I was a little weary when i saw all of the reviews were good but they were all pretty spot on. There was not a daily maid service like a traditional hotel but anything we needed they were able to do for us. I definitely plan on returning. I would give more stars if i could.

Great location!! Nice size apartment and very clean. Decor could be improved, not much color, nothing on the walls. Feels kind of bare but it has a couch and a table. Full sized fridge and microwave…2 smart TVs…since it’s an apartment you would want to bring paper towels, soap, etc they do however supply dish soap and dishes (although I just brought my own paper products, Walmart and dollar tree are 5 mins away). The beach is a minute walk and I utilized the bikes provided to get up and down the boardwalk and some nearby neighborhoods.
South beach is about 40 miles away and Ft. Lauderdale is about 20 mins away…if you have a car getting around easy and the parking garage is only a minute away as well. Overall no complaints! 😃

We booked this property on a whim! This was one of the best choices I could have made. The place was beautiful and well maintained on the outside! Things only got better as we entered our room! The room was exquisite! It was an all white room and it was spotless! In the room was everything you could need as far as to make food. There was a barbeque grill that all patrons could use. There was a coffee maker,toaster and even a electric pot to make hot water. In the closet there were beach chairs and an beach umbrella for your use. They even supplied two beach towels. Outside on a wall was many other things to borrow for the beach! There were bikes available to also use! So in short this place is a true gem! So if your in Hollywood,Florida this is the place to be it is right off the beach!

The individual seating outside of each unit is great. The complimentary bicycles are an added bonus, to include anything you most likely forgot to bring for the beach is available with staying at Marlin Beachside. I will definitely be booking another reservation next month.
