Location and the deco.

To much noise during the night, very dangerous stairs, the extra bed was extremely uncomfortable. The lack of reception was super shaking and knowing that the code was needed caused anxiety, please fix it!

my mom and 7 year old niece were stuck in the lift for a good 15-20 minutes before they figured out how to reset the system. No security arrived and management wasn’t sure how to fix it. It’s extremely small as per your usual European lift and can be quite claustrophobic.

The room was very chic, very spacious and also comfy. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and there was a daily housekeeping service. We had a very pleasant stay. The location was excellent - directly at the center of the old town, all old town landmarks were of walking distance. There was a tea cabinet in the room with several types of tea and instant coffee.

Parking is difficult and costly in the old town. However, you could leave the car at a P+R or another distant parking lot and use the subway to reach this hotel and the old town (subway is convenient and cheap). The location is very noisy 24/7, unfortunately we could hear people talking also with closed windows during the night. Check-in was not as trouble-free as promised - we had not received the code for the room upon arrival, even though we had completed all the steps for the verification, thus we needed to call the reception to ask. But the problem was solved immediately when we called and they sent us the code.

The location is hard to beat. It was also super cold when we were there and the hotel room was very warm and comfortable.

the hotel does not have a reception at all, although it is not emphasized on the booking, when you arrive at the hotel's address, it says that the reception is at another address. I also went to another address, but there is no one there either. I registered online and I should have received a pin password to enter the hotel. all day we did not receive a pin to enter or receive any other information. disaster!!!

Everything! Starting from the checkin to checkout everything was smooth. I requested for late checkout and early checkin, it was provided without any extra charge. Everything was close by, no noise from outside even though it was in the city center. Bed was super comfortable and not very spongy.

Washroom floor could have been more attractive however i am not complaining that it was bad or something. It was decent and value for money

Nice old world charm with modern bathroom. Spacious apartment in a very central location just minutes from Charles Bridge.

Lot's and lot's of drunks shouting and urinating just outside all night, every night.

The apartment was exceptional, and the location was great, with everything you need for a city break close by.

I honestly couldn't fault it. I had read past reviews, and the comments were all positive, but I really wasn't expecting it to be so good.

Location

Another guest used our bathroom just before we checked in. We had to get reception to reclean the bathroom before we could use it. It was also a little noisy and smokey in front of the building in the evenings.

Everything about this room is perfect for a couple immersing themselves in the heart of Prague. We arrived by train and, traveling light, were able to get to the room and complete the contactless check-in with ease, despite the snow and cold weather. Room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, clean and warm!! There is plenty of city charm within minutes of this place, to include food and drink options. I first stayed here in this exact same room 10 years ago and said then I'd return - and I did, without regret!

The municipal workers were persistent in commencing street cleaning duties at 6 am every morning of our stay. So, we got used to getting up then because it was impossible to sleep through their noise! Would be nice if they started a bit later.

Almost everything! I loved how clean the property was; the fact that it’s right in the middle of the most happening part of the old town; the fact that it’s an old historic building renovated to accommodate the modern traveller; beautiful baroque-ish furniture; all the necessary amenities; no nonsense check in if you register earlier or the 5 minute walk to their reception which they are very clear about. I loved staying in this property. Totally recommend!

The no reception bit. To be fair, they are very transparent that their reception is 5 minutes away from this building (not that far at all and we didn’t mind that walk too), it’s just the entering the building to a dark lobby/entrance was a bit disconcerting sometimes. Mind you, it’s a beautiful old building that’s been renovated to accommodate the modern guest, but the absolute lack of any living breathing entity especially when we’d come back late in the night was a bit off.

The hotel was set in an old interesting building. It was charming . The bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom was freshly updated. The room was well appointed. The location was in the heart of the old town.

The air conditioning was mediocre and noisy. Because we were on a busy square it was noisy to leave the windows open.
