The staff of the hotel was absolutely amazing 🙂All of them were super kind and helpful and they satisfied all my requests without any problem. My room was big with lot of space and WiFi was also very good 👍

The hotel is a bit old and would definitely need some adjustments or renovation works.

The room was terrible broken doors, fixed with expanding foam to hold handles in place, particle board furniture crumbling, bathroom counter top was an old discarded door which was coming apart

The hotel is clean and good value. The breakfast was OK. The location was the best. Easy walking, lots of places to eat. The WiFi good in the room. Not in the restaurant.

The cleanliness

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was pleasant. Location was great for downtown. Within walking distance to the water, restaurants and The Big Red bus. We esoecially liked the food at the Natural Spice of Panama, vegetarian but very very tasty.

Noise between rooms was bad but ok for us since there were not many people in the off season. They could have put no one next door to each other and no one directly overhead or underneath. People overhead of us, we could hear a penny drop on the floor.

Clean and big swimming pool, very enjoyable. Cleaning of rooms every day. My room had a lot of space Positions at the border between Obarrio and Bellavista, in a road with many restaurants.

Reception should be more pro-active; I mean, with more willing to help customers. In our example, my wife was forced to go out in the evening to buy medicines for our child; They refused to call a reliable taxi driver. Calling independently and using a taxy driver to pharmacy, the driver asked a crazy price of 40 $ for just 15 min within the city and my wife was forced to come back to our room to be able to pay. Reception didnt do anything to defend the customer to a such robbery (for example calling police or speaking with taxi driver), without caring.

The staff is very friendly

Bathrooma are very small. I did not like view this time as the trash was spilled out on street. Pool needs better furniture for sunbathing.

For a room with a kitchenette, it would have been nice to have some dish soap, dish towel or paper towels included. Not all the dishes had been fully cleaned.

Location could not be better. Safe area, close to the ocean. Staff was charming and very helpful. The pool was nice with great views, even being on the 2nd floor.

Breakfast is quite simple. It’s basically eggs with one extra ingredient, a banana and coffe+juice. We didn’t mind it, but there is much noise at night (there is a bar/club across the street). We stayed in the hotel on fri-sat, during the week it’s probably better.
