Our visit to Phong Na was made even more remarkable by our stay at the Thien Thanh Hotel. Mrs. Bong came to pick us up at the bus stand! Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made our experience truly exceptional. Thien Thanh Hotel's location in Phong Na was ideal for exploring the area's natural wonders. It served as the perfect base for our adventures, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. The tour they arranged for the Phong Caves was so worth it! They also helped us effortlessly manage all our bookings for bus transportation to and from Phong Na, and even helped us reach our hostel in Ninh Binh! We will definitely return for sure!

Everywhere was really clean , bed super comfortable and we had a lovely mountain view . Plenty of relaxing spaces on balcony and around pool area to relax , seek some shade and enjoy outdoor experience of Phong Nga mountains . Breakfast pancakes excellent . Host very helpful re booking sleeper bus etc and doing laundry onsite . Able to use room for modest extra cost till sleeper bus left at 9.30 pm. Good stay would recommend .

Staff was so friendly to let us check in at 4 am for an extra 5$. She helped us book a bus to another place and rented us a scooter. Breakfast was good too.

We got a bigger room when we arrived and she woke up for us at 4am bcs the night bus from ninh binh arrives that early. And only for 5$ we could check into the room. Breakfast was nice although a bit small for us. But we could ask for more bread. They were very helpful with booking our bus and renting a motorbike! We didn't use the swimming pool bcs it was too cold, but it looked nice.

Close to the caves and right next to a very good reataurant. They have a balcony with a view of the whole street. It was too cold to use their swimming pool but that’s probably really nice during the summer months. The staff was super friendly too. The owner organized a cave tour and the bus for me and made sure I didn’t get lost.

The lights in the room were super bright (a small one on the night stand would have made it more cozy) and there were no power outlets next to the bed.

The hotel has a good location in Phong Nha. We were three people and got a room with three beds. The beds were big and comfortable and it was clean. They also had a pool but I didn't use it. Breakfast was included and you have multiple options like pancakes, baguette ect.

The room smelt a little bit musty

Lady at the reception was exceptional, very cheery and accommodating. Location is nice, near small local restaurants. There is a outdoor pool, the weather was too cold but I’m sure it would’ve been amazing to be in as it looked nice!

The staff was very helpful. The receptionist had a continuous Laugh. We rent a motorbike and got stuck in paradise cave. They went right away to help us when we called then. Didn't use the pool a but should nice in hotter weather.

the breakfast was so good! we loved the banana pancakes, best we’ve had!! the location was brilliant and the host helped us book a day trip to the caves as well as our bus to Ninh Binh! thanks for a lovely stay!
