Nice stay

HORRIBLY uncomfortable beds, paper thin walls, and inedible breakfast. The facilities in general were worn out and in need of attention/updates. The beach access was excellent and proximity to shops and restaurants was very convenient.

The beach is beautiful, great view from the room. A little outdated facilities. Friendly staff.

We were disappointed with our stay. The beach and views are beautiful. The rooms were clean. However, we had a broken air conditioner, a safe that did not work, and we had to go to the desk several times to get our room keys working. The area around the hotel is not very nice.

No irons at all had to go out with wrinkled clothes. My keys didn’t work and had to go to front desk three times before they worked. Condition of hotel was very dated and worn.

I was happy in this hotel. I wished the reception staff was more friendly though, the staff in the restaurant was e lot nicer and friendly towards hotel guest. The room cleaning could be better. The cleaners forgot to empty garbage some days, and I had to go to the reception to ask for new soap since it was finished and the cleaners didn't refill it. Food was good.

Excellent breakfast, view from the room nice to the sea. Good bed. All needed services around.

This a clear 3 star hotel, that lies to be a 4 star , dirty … in the hallways reception area , towels and bed sheets, unacceptable!!! Locations is a walking distance to the beach, …but nothing else… look. Like a very low class Student hostel

Hotel was in a good area and nice view of the beach. Was quiet at night. Walls are thin so will hear people slamming doors in the hall. Hotel was decent at clean could've been better sweeping the floor had a lot of hair around. Hotel was good to stay at overall. Good check-in and staff was helpful.

I would not stay in this hotel ever again as it felt more like a youth hostel!!

Well… it could have been great, but the service was not. Payed for a rom with sea view, but got a palm view. After a day I went to the front desk but the manager claimed that I had not payed for a sea view room. I had to show the receptionist the receipt. Check in and out was not flexible at all, wanted to stay an extra hour: that was impossible. I was questioned if my breakfast was included, I had to show my receipt again…

Our stay at The Be Live Experience Hotel was good. Staff were helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean, we did book a larger room which also had the larger balcony and fabulous sea-view which I would highly recommend doing. There is no door to the shower/bathroom but it is around a corner so you are not totally on view. There is a sliding door to the toilet for privacy. Unfortunately, although it states the rooms have satellite TV, there is only one English speaking channel and that is SKY News. Also the room did not have a Nespresso machine as advertised on all the photo's, but we were pleased to see a kettle and were given a large bottle of water daily as well as teas and coffee sachets, maybe take your own if you are big coffee/tea drinkers as the receptionist did not want to replenish ours and said we would be charged extra when the maid had missed us out one day. The fridge in the room was a bonus. Drinks in the hotel bar are expensive and the bar area is dull and uninteresting to sit in, no atmosphere. The pool is lovely and being right next to the beach you have the best of both worlds. All in all, a fabulous location with amazing sea-views, in an area with good bars and restaurants very close by. We did not sample any food at the hotel so cannot comment. Also the VIP lounge which was advertised as part of our room price was not open for the duration of our stay.

Arrived in the early hours!Got off to a terrible start .. ,, I had to change rooms 3 times , for reasons I won’t go into Third time lucky.. remained in this room & everything was good! WiFi Beas very good & a good location, everything on your doorstep.. responsibly quiet at night for sleeping 😴

This hotel has a great location to the beach which is 50 meters in front of the hotel. The room was clean and seemed quite modern the only issue was the bathroom that didn’t have a door. When you’re showering anyone can see you since there is no door to close. Plus no curtains either only a half glass door so water easily would be on the floor. The toilet area was very little with almost no space it was behind the shower in another door. But we had a nice balcony with a beautiful view towards the beach. The staff was alright, sometimes I would find them a bit arrogant when I was asking them questions. The evening I arrived I had forgot my toothbrush and called down to the reception and asked if they had a toothbrush but they didn’t have toothbrush or toothpaste. I think that’s a bit strange for a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t really rate this hotel 4 star it’s more a 3 star hotel….. The best thing with this hotel is that it’s super close to the beach and that the room was clean. The area is tourist friendly but the restaurants aren’t so good. I didn’t find any food up to the mark. So I would suggest to eat in city of Palma instead. I would personally not stay here again since it’s doesn’t really live up to a four star hotel.

Really nice hotel and spot on in terms of location as literally on the beach. I got upgraded but couldn’t give it 5/5 as main problem was outside noise which is not the fault of the hotel but due to unofficial parties on the beach in the middle of the night. Staff were super as was breakfast. Tricky one - if to come back for me as it wasn’t a hotel issue and just depends if you are unfortunate to have people partying outside on the nights you’re there.

Next to the very nice beach. The rooms are recently renovated. The corridors and the rest are still in 70s and very poor condition.

The property was beautiful, lovely view, lovely area, next to the beach, pool, comfy beds, balcony, everything was lovely, the wait staff were lovely, the cleaning ladies were lovely, the food was nice, the drinks were good. All of this was very nice, however the reception staff, not all but some, were very rude. I was asking for help with a situation with my air conditioning not working, someone went but the do not disturb was on, my fault, however when I came back later it still wasn’t on so I asked for assistance. I was then talked over, the lady assisting me would stop mid conversation and help someone else and then come back. This happened frequently through this encounter and not even acknowledge that she was doing it or say be right back. I found this to be very rude. I wouldn’t come back on that alone.

Stayed at this hotel before on few occasions so didn’t hesitate to book again - this time in July. Room as expected, all working, clean and in good condition. I only have 2 issues to mention: hotel is advertised as Adults Only but that wasn’t the case - there were adults with young children at the hotel and the pool area. Also, guest “reserving” sun loungers by leaving towels early in the morning and not returning for hours. I didn’t notice these 2 things happening at this hotel before, and that made my experience at the hotel less enjoyable than during the previous visits.

It’s a great location! Service could be better, food sometimes is great sometimes is not. Buffet is complete and you will have several tables and options. Hotel is super clean and the view is amazing! I recommended it but more for couples.

The Hotel has the perfect location in Cala Mayor and all room from the 3th floor have beach view. The rooms are same as on the pictures and enough big for two persons in a double room. Regarding the food it was delious and as continental breakfast buffet. It would be better if some of the main personal/service will speak English, since most of the clients are foreigners and most of them do not speak spanish, but all in all was all right. But, Carlos was the best receptionist in this hotel > 5 Star goes only for him.

We stayed for 3 days which was enough. The location of the beach and our room overlooking it was the best feature. The reception could do with more staff and the hotel could do with an update. The room was very basic and it was identified as superior which it was not. The bed was very low down, a very small single wardrobe, hate to think we were staying 2 weeks, no drawer space or bedside drawers, the safe was inside the tiny wardrobe cupboard on the floor. It was not easy to park. We expected better to be honest. The bathroom was modern with a walk-in shower, best feature of the room. Tea and coffee which was nice. We had breakfast and evening meal which was fine, no issues with the food. There were coffee cups on the table at night so my husband went to get a coffee from the machine to be told you have to pay for it. His answer was well why teacups on everyone’s table? They could not answer it. It’s just little things. Would we stay there again, no is the answer.

Where can i start ? There is so much wrong with this hotel. Room was not cleaned properly, dirty walls and doors and beds looked as if they had already been slept in, lamps skewed and some not working. Food in the restaurant was cold and of poor quality not much choice. Property not maintained and external areas not cleaned, sand in the pool for days. When we complained we were eventually given another room which was slightly better and had a lovely view but still poor standard. Eventually given an upgrade to a superior room, only difference was it had a kettle, bathroom was smaller and shower leaked all over the floor, holes in towel, bins not emptied and half tge socjets did nit work. We used the a la carte Masai restaurant at the sister hotel for a special occasion, food was inedible and staff downright rude. I ordered veal and was given a piece of tough steak and oven chips for 17 euros and the sea bass was just cut in half and served with 4 slices of potato at 20 euros each, certainly not what i expected and the seats in the outdoor area were dirty and covered in bird muck. How these hotels obtained a 4star rating I fail to understand, the area they are in is also awful. The best thing about there were the local bars and the beach, oh and the exit !!
