Our stay was good. Parking is tight and limited. Rooms were clean, good area. Indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs as well.

Our room was above the office, which was close to the road and all the lights. The blinds on the windows let in a lot of light. The bed was not the greatest, you could look at it and see that it had a big sag in the middle. The bathroom had gooey stuff dried on the shower wall, the toilet banged against the wall everytime you got off it. It looked like they swept the floor and left it behind the bathroom door. Other than these things we had a good stay.

This was a weekend getaway for us. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. Bathroom was spotless as well. It is located in the main strip area where there are lots of restaurants, hotels, arcades.

Hubby and I got away for a few days to relax and unwind. The room was super clean easy access quick check in and out process . Very cozy nice and convenient. Will def stay here again and in middle of both pigeon forge and gatlinburg

We had a great stay. Room was clean a d beds were comfy. Indoor pool and hot tub were perfect and they had the area decorated for Christmas, it was beautiful. Breakfast was normal hotel food but nice and hot. Lots of good options. We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay in the future.

The property was outdated. The oeople were wonderful. Our only real issue was breakfast. My husband, being a type 1 diabetic, went down at 930 for orange juice and everything was already bring put away and the juices were just water. It would have been really helpful if everything was available until 10 as advertised.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. I asked for daily cleaning and towel replacement. Towels were replaced, and the bed was made, but the sink was cleaned only once during the week. There was a table to work on but no lamp. The plug-in on the wall did not work, and the plug-ins on the clock beside the beds did not work.

This hotel was ok, but is very “dated”. We only stayed 1 night (had reservations for 2) because it wasn’t what we expected. There was nothing wrong with it, other than the rooms need updating. It was clean, no complaints there.

Tub/shower drains very slowly as you are trying to use it. Breakfast was great, and nice location so you can walk to restaurants in either direction. Will stay again.

This place was very clean and the staff was great. I’m just not sure how it has such a high rating. It’s in dire need of a renovation. Everything is very old and worn out, including the beds. The cleaning staff and front desk do an amazing job with what they have to work with. I will say it’s priced accordingly for the shape it’s in, so that’s good.

A great hotel for the value. It’s actually one of our favorites in the area. Definitely older, but very clean.

Overall experience was great, with one exception. There were TONS of gnats in the bathroom area. This was addressed with the front desk and maintenance sprayed while we were away. It somewhat solved the problem but by the next morning there were more gnats in the bathroom. You could tell that was not the norm for this hotel and moving rooms was offered as a remedy.
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. Indoor pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained.

Dad with daughters and friends we had two connecting rooms for 3 nights the girls loved the pools both indoor and outdoor. Rare that hotels have both and the outdoor pool has a 9 ft deep end. Indoor pool is nice 3 story glass atrium area that isn’t unbearable chlorinated like most nowadays. Lastly a great free hot breakfast which is an amazing cost saver with 5 teens

Nice hotel, great location near dollywood. The beds were not too comfortable, lumpy and squeaky. They use those half size pillows now that i dont like, they seem like throw pillows. Pools and spas were clean and comfortable.

We love this hotel! Second time staying here and we will continue to stay here when we come to visit Pigeon Forge! We love the pools, free breakfast, comfy and clean rooms and the price is within our budget!

This property is close to all the major attractions. It is nice to have indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Queen size bed is small compared to other hotels. Parking is tight and no spot if you arrive late.

Great value! A bit far from the main part of Pigeon Forge, but right near the intersection to Dollywood Lane. Had some issues with finding a parking spot, but was able to park without worry after speaking with the front desk.

Everyone was very friendly. The rooms and pool were very clean. Nice selection and variety of breakfast items. Stayed with children and disabled person accommodations were excellent. Very close the island and multiple places to eat within walking distance.
