Pretty clean hotel BUT obviously years old and outdated, just look at the signs in the lobby, room, pool, you can see the years of service it gave to lots of people, but they do keep it clean and somewhat well maintained. For a pet friendly hotel, I couldn’t smell the nasty pet smell, so good job to the cleaning crew! Nice and friendly frond desk staff!

Ok for a quick overnight stay if sleeping isn’t a priority. We were on main floor by entry and could hear anyone in hallway. Older hotel. Won’t stay here again.

Great location for a football trip to Knoxville. Reasonable price and 15-20 minutes from Market Square downtown. Hotel is kept up very well and staff is helpful and friendly.

We stayed at this location when attending a concert at Neyland Stadium. It was about 20 min. from downtown with traffic. It was clean and saved a good purpose for what we were looking for.

Great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and floors were quiet. The only negative I have is that the cleaning staff doesn't clean the walls. There was a lot of nasal mucus (aka boogers) in the bathroom and above the bed in my room.

The property is clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were very cordial and cheery. I had trouble with my room key loosing it's magnetic signature several times. They front desk staff took care of it without hesitation.
The housekeeping and janitorial staff kept the place quite clean and the were also pleasant to meet.
Parking was very easy for me. There were a few trucks parked on the side road as the hotel does have a truck maintenance facility on one side. Unfortunately, my window faced that facility.
Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay there again.

You can see that efforts have been made to update the facility which is good. However, it’s still somewhat run down and the elevators smell like mold/mildew. There is only one ice maker for the entire hotel and it was empty. The ladies at the hotel were very nice.

Front desk guest services for great. The room was nice and clean but the bed was not as comfortable and new, more firm pillows. There needs to be more lighting in the room (@ least in the room I was in) Breakfast was decent. Overall, my stay was good.

The air in the room was muggy and the AC unit did not function properly. The lighting in the room and bathroom was was dark, so my wife did not know if she place her makeup on correctly. You had to slam the door shut, because the door would stick in the open position. Finally at there were only five TV channels. I finally had to play with settings to get all the channels that were available to be able to see what was offered.
