Our toilet didnt work over two days. We requested the hotel fix it twice, which wasn't done. They did eventually move us to another room, however the linens is the new room weren't clean.

The king sized bed was amazing. However, the tiny gym could use a little work

This hotel location is excellent, right on San Martín Ave, the main street of Ushuaia where all the shops are located. We stayed in Room 401, which is on the highest floor. The room is modern and clean, with a balcony that has great views of the mountain. The size is acceptable considering the price and location. They offer breakfast at the BuenaVista restaurant just outside the room, with great Panaromic views. The staff are very friendly. The manager Freddy will attend to your special request. Front desk staff Santiago was very friendly and recommended a few good restaurants for us during our stay (La Estancia for Parrilla buffet 1000 peso and Tia Elvira for live King Crab 2900 peso). There is a supermarket on San Martín Ave called LA Anonima about 10min walk where you can buy things like water. Hard Rock Cafe is a block away with live music on Fri and Sat nights. This is a hotel in Ushuaia that I can recommend.

This little hotel is on the main street of Ushuaia, well located in the middle of shops and restaurants, and only a short walk to the water, docks, and museums. My room was cozy and warm, with a little balcony for looking at the street below and mountains above. The best part of the hotel is by far the restaurant on the top floor, with windows on three sides providing a view of the water, mountains, sunrise, and sunset. Breakfast is included and is standard fare for Argentinian hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. I had a room with a view ot the mountains but down side was the noisy street below. Nice clean room and bathroom with comfortable bed. Good included breakfast. Great fast WiFi. Would definitely recommend

A nice hotel; very good location and very nice and friendly staff. The only complaint is that the rooms were very small. Literally, if one sits with a computer, the other has to go over the bed to get to the other side.

Staff at front desk helpful but could do better. General maintenance in room could be improved . Toilet flush didn't work from Sunday afternoon to Monday . Toilet door handle falling apart, shower handles not sturdy enough ..... All details but details count . Good breakfast and overall would return as Ushuaia is fabulous.

Close to the cruise pier. Good breakfast included in rates. Comfortable lounge areas.

It's a gorgeous hotel. The lobby and rooms are stylish and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the building is very poorly made. In your room, you can hear staff two floors above washing silverware, your neighbors, the elevator doors opening and closing, and the party outside that goes on all night. I'm addition, the hotel advertises having a restaurant, but it was closed two out of the four nights I was there.

Convenient location. Most staff are exceedingly helpful. Warm inside when snow is falling outside. Rooms are not soundproof.

The hotel is well located downtown, the desk clerks were kind and speak good English. The problem was with the room we received, first floor near the garbage bin that was not emptied the whole time we were there. From the window all we could see was that garbage and the walls of nearby buildings. We complained, they took notice but nothing happened, all 3 nights we had that room.

They sold us triple room that was nothing but a small double room with one more bed and no room to move. In the hotel pic they show the view but picture is taken creatively. Great location!!! Some staff was helpful but generally they are busy doing their own stuff

The Staff were very helpful, we struggled with the language a little. First night was extremely noisy because of a protest in the street that went most of the night, no fault of the hotel We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Room very small. Bathroom not very functional in terms of space . I had requested twin beds and found Queen size upon arrival and my patient was running thin after two days of travel. However the staff at breakfast was great and very efficient . Wish I could say the same about concierge! I would pick different hotel next time.

Service was great and location was perfect being in the centre of town. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room size was a bit small but adequate. A nice cozy boutique hotel. Also had a great experience at the Lennox Hotel in Buenos Aires.

This was my 3rd time staying with Lennox Hotel and was selected beacuse of it convenience to everything. Staff were pleasant and cordial. The major issue for me was that the internet was virtually non-existant at the hotel and caused a lot of inconvenience not being able to communicate with the outside world to my family back home and back to my main office for business purposes. Sometimes a simple reboot of the hotels router would rectify the situation temporarily and other times the employees would not bother and simply tell us at the hotel that the internet was down in the area. Only to then when returning to our rooms we would be able to log on via wifi from a nearby hotel across the street, with very little bandwith, but it provided a temporary band-aid solution. With this being said I believe that with the cost associated for my stay there the hotel could have offered a better solution to the problems encountered by the guests. I personally will not return back dus to this issue. If you are looking for a location to stay for pleasure, you may be satisfied but if you are primarily there for business, this may not be the place for you.

Plus side: courteous, helpful staff; cozy but tight rooms. Minus side: very thin walls, crowded at breakfast time.
