Great hotel for decor and style with very nice rooms and comfortable bed.
Would be 5 stars but for small service errors and no towels in room on arrival. Breakfast freshly made and great quality.

From the moment you walk through the door you feel very welcomed the staff are amazing the breakfast is beautifully cooked and presented they have a little bar area which offers a wide range of drinks I can not find fault with anything and the resident cat is adorable and friendly will definitely recommend to friend's and family

It was a cold frosty weekend but the whole building was warm and cosy.

This place is fantastic! The rooms are beautiful, great location, paid onsite parking. Thi is an old home that has been maintained and converted into beautifully decorated rooms. We have stayed here twice and brought our parents here. Staff was very friendly, even the resident cat! Beds were comfortable, rooms were spotless. Price was great.

An amazing property that we keep returning to. We just love everything about it. Probably stayed over 20 times at least now. The decor and service is excellent. Cameron and Sylvia are particularly lovely staff members.

We came to york for our 10th wedding anniversary and decided to book the Clementine town house hotel. The place itself is beautifully decorated with pleanty of quirky decor. The staff are fantastic. Located just outside of the city walls, its a perfect place to stay. We cant wait to go back again soon.

Clementines is great if you like eclectic, which I do. Staff as you’d hope are all friendly and welcoming. It’s bijou- so not 5 star ritz but benefits from that. Only stayed one night but if ever in York would stay again. Breakfast was good.

My partner and I love this hotel very much. We must’ve stayed about 20 times now. It’s just a fantastic place, great rooms and decor, lovely friendly staff and the gorgeous old cat, Teddy is a highlight!

The Clementine Hotel is excellently located and the perfect spot for a stay in York. Staff were very attentive and on arrival, I was very kindly upgraded after they saw I had a very large suitcase and thought it would be more manageable for me to have a ground floor suite.
The property has a real charm, and the attention to detail in the décor and provisions is second to none. The room was exceptionally clean, which is the first thing I check/notice in any hotel room.

Breakfast was very nice although smoked salmon portion on my eggs was very sparse.

Fantastic boutique hotel, room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff were great and we would definitely recommend and be back on our next visit to York. Location was fab just outside the centre and only a ten minute walk in.
