This hotel was a perfect fit for our travels, easy to find off the autobahn, and a 15 min drive into the old city from the hotel. Parking was a slight challenge, although free, the lot was shared with other businesses which made it tricky to secure a spot, but it all worked out. Front desk staff was amazing, suoer helpful!

Very comfortable beds. Parking was confusing and not clear where we were allowed to park. We asked at the desk and sorted it, but because of a very busy restaurant nearby there was very little parking available. Nonetheless the parking was free, so that is a big plus compared to the prices of other hotels in town.

While the hotel seemed nice and was pleasing on the eyes. The stressful parking lot or lack of parking I may add for “free parking” as well as advertised “air conditioning” or lack there of. I picked this hotel based on the primary facts of Air Conditioning and Parking and this hotel failed me. I was told to give any feedback in the room tablet and I would be contacted. I did. Gave feedback and no response. Then upon checkout witnessed a young hotel agent argue with a Chinese couple about the price of breakfast. When in fact I was offered the same rate as the Chinese couple was and she charged them more then what the offer was.
This was a place to sleep. But won’t be back!!

The stay was great and the location was also convenient with the bus/tram service to the Old Time. The place looked like it was a long way to downtown, but with the bus/tram it only took 15 minutes. Also, the fact that there was a buffet restaurant next door and supermarket makes this location very convenient.

This was my 5th time on this hotel in few months. And I really like it. Clean and modern hotel, and free parking is a big bonus. Easy access to the Autobahn is most important things too. I’ll be back in few weeks again. See you soon!

The breakfast was ok but not many gluten free options just eggs. Missing fruits. But we’ll be back for sure. Good value for money. Easiest and fastest way to go the city was to take a local bus.

Welcoming staff, extremely helpful and friendly when asking for help. Good location for watching Salzburg play at the red bull arena. Clean and comfortable room. Can't fault the hotel.

The room was extremely Smokey. The bathroom smelt so bad of smoke you did not want to stay in there long. It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel

At check out time I were waiting long time in reception when my dad who were carrying out some luggage said to me that a girl and a boy were standing at the entrance smoking... he said to the girl that someone would like to check out. He was muted by her raising her hand at him like “stop talking” while she kept smoking and chatting with her friend. My dad got annoyed and said she had guests waiting, then she rolled her eyes to him. She should not work with customers if her job makes her so annoyed.

Super comfortable beds and fairly spacious rooms. Bathrooms seem brand new and really nice to use. We enjoyed our stay. We had our baby with us and a playpen was provided at no extra cost. Although it was a bit further away from the city, it was accessible by car.

Basic but good, clean hotel with easy access to the city centre. Excellent continental breakfast included. Would like to have tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms as in Holiday Inn Express which I would say are the same grade as this hotel.

The hotel is located away from the Salzburg old town but it's just a short drive away so no issues with the location! The facilities are very basic but sufficient for short stopover stays, the room was clean and comfortable with a small balcony that has a partial view of the nearby mountains! There was no complimentary bottled water provided which was a little disappointing, but the hotel does provide drinking water at the lobby!

We stayed for 3 nights. Was a little out of the central city but there is a busy stop across the street that take you into town within 20 minutes. Hotel was clean and the outside was being renovated but overall it that didn’t effect us. Also had free parking which was nice. Overall a good hotel if you don’t mind the short bus ride in and need to leave a car somewhere for free

Hotel is located in an ok area; nothing fancy or great views but a quick drive off thr autobahn. It has a couple restauarants right out the door. I think the best part about the location is that it is only a 10-15 bicyle ride to old town Salzburg. The desk staff was very friendly and spole good English. They didnt try to charge me any hidden fees upon checkout, only the local taxes that were clearly losted as still needing to be paid after booking. The room was very comfortable, modern, and very clean. Would stay there again for sure.

Overall: Very good hotel, but way to much noise and the room wasn't clean - not even when we arrived. i saw hair on the toiletfloor on the day of arrival and in the days after they didn't clean the room.

Stayed just for 1 night and was upgraded to a room with a balcony. I suggest you ask for one when you reserve and you may get it. There is not too many things near by to do and see but if you are going for the expo center it is a good location.

Rooms had a modern look, was very close to the bus line 4 (Liefringer bus stop) which takes you straight to Mirabellplatz. Comfortable, clean. All of the staff EXCEPT the manager were pleasant and friendly. This would have been a positive review if it hadn't been for the unfriendly manager and the 70 euros in hidden fees we had to pay. We booked through Expedia and it said all taxes & fees were included. Not true!!! Beware!!!
