Fantastic design located in the heart of National Landing Virginia's closest bordering neighborhood to Washington, D.C. The residence provides all the pleasures. Ideally suited for business executives. You will be located 15 minutes away from the White House, The Capitol and the Georgetown University. One Stop from Reagan National airport, 2 blocks away from Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations. Hundreds of restaurants and shops.

Guests must register all members who will be staying at the property and provide photo identification on the day of booking, as well as a photo of the guests who will be staying with them.
Please note that it is essential for us to receive all the necessary information about your guests before your arrival. Failure to provide this information may result in the cancellation of your reservation, as the building strictly prohibits access to unregistered guests. We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure a smooth check-in process.
• Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.
• If you experience any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible.
• Check-In is at 4:00 PM – Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.
If you need to request a late check-out, please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange. It has an additional cost of $50 up to 12:00 PM, which is the latest time for checkout.
Please note that if we have guests arriving on the same day as your departure, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept a late check-out.
Unfortunately, if you do not check out by the stated time, you will be charged the equivalent of an extra night's stay. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for all guests.
• It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address.
• We DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS.
• An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad condition.
Damage Waiver Fee:
Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment that we make available for your use. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered. It is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered.
The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover the following:
• Intentional damage (such as damage caused by parties)
• Damage caused by the violation of the rental policy (such as violating a no-smoking policy)
• Any damages exceeding $300 per stay.
• Damage caused by automobiles.
• Damage to personal items
• Theft or lost items
• Damage that isn’t reported during the stay.
In case of any damage, which is NOT covered by the Damage waiver fee will be charged:
• Lost FOB/Access Cards: $250 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.)
• Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine.

Overal the location and price are great for visiting DC. There is a construction site right next door with jackhammers running all night long. I was able to mostly sleep through it but some people would have difficulty. Needs new carpet as it looked pretty yucky but was otherwise clean and well suited.

This property has very easy access to the Metro (less than 10-minute walk) which is very important for getting around DC. There are also many good food options within walking distance. There is still a lot of construction nearby as noted by the owner, but it did not bother me, and I slept well. I did have to request maintenance to fix the heat which wasn't working, but they responded promptly and got it to work in one of the bedrooms. Overall, a very good stay and I would recommend this place highly.

The property was good and we’d stay again. The price was much better than staying at local hotels and you get much more space. The location was centralized to all DC area attractions that are easy to get to wether via public transportation, UBER/LYFT or driving yourself. With traffic most rides were less than 15 minutes. One downside is there was no street parking, so we had to make sure we asked to rent a parking spot in the garage of the apartments for a small additional nightly fee.
The description of the unit was accurate, including the fact that construction was going on outside our windows the whole trip at night. Although, this was a nuisance, we were prepared for it because the property manager warned us in advance. We had minor issues, like some light bulbs being burnt out or blinds being damaged, but the property manager addressed immediately and there were no major issues or concerns.
The unit could have been cleaned a little better, prior to our arrival. The sofa had pet hair on it, the rugs in the rooms looked to be stained from pets and some of the extra blankets appeared to have been stored for a while with no use so we had to wash them before using them. However, there were no odors or anything that was concerning, just a little extra work on our part upon arrival.
Overall the stay was a positive experience, the property manager was extremely responsive (responses within 20 minutes of emails) and the unit was much more comfortable for our family of five, than a hotel suite would’ve been. I would recommend this apartment to others and if we’re in the DC area again, we would definitely consider staying here.
