The property was clean and had all of the essentials for our stay. The property owner was responsive to questions and the check in and check out process was easy. It is also nice that Publix is within walking distance. Altogether it was a great stay

Stayed here for three days. The townhouse was even better than we imagined. It offered everything to make our stay comfortable. Josh was available at all times. The location was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We used Uber to get around and it was the best way to go for us. Many restaurants in the area. We visited the Aquarium, Zoo, Coca Cola Museum and the Fernbank Museum. Would definitely stay here again. Had a marvelous time!

The home was very spacious and relatively clean. Could have been a little cleaner. Plenty of towels but no wash clothes. The location is perfect! Both I-20 and I-85 are only 5 minutes away and there great eateries in the area. Perfect location! Has a dedicated parking space but only room to park one vehicle. My only complaint is the day bed in one of the bedrooms. We had 3 adults. A full or queen size bed for the 3rd person would have made it a perfect stay. I recommend this home and the host.

Easy communication with property manager. Amazing location - had 4 kiddos, age 6-14, easy drive the aquarium and some local restaurants+ grocery store. Property comfortable, could have used a few extra towels, but otherwise was a great trip!

Space is very accommodating and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Check in process was easy and smooth and check out was the same. Josh was very communicative about the space and responsive to questions or concerns we had. Location is walkable to several areas of interest (a few restaurants, GSU, and the like) or a very short drive to many more. However, like most cities, I would recommend appropriate car/house safety in terms of not keeping any belongings inside your vehicle and ensuring all doors are locked as you can tell there's some slightly rougher spots nearby as well.

We were in Atlanta for a quick stay. The property was perfect for us. It was in a convenient and safe neighborhood. We were able to walk to restaurants and a few other things. We spent most of our stay out of the house but while we were there it was comfortable. Josh stayed in contact with us throughout the stay which is always a plus. Thank you Josh for the hospitality!

I hope to stay here again! This listing os perfect for a group - very spacious, comfy, clean, and beautiful! The neighborhood is great, with a grocery store within walking distance, and restaurants nearby. The owner kept communication open and was very helpful. Nothing negative to say at all about this listing!

We were at the property for a quick two nights. Everything was just as pictured. Josh was very responsive with his replies. Looked like it had been a quick turnover with clean linens in dryer and clean plates in dishwasher. It didn’t bother us at all as we didn’t have time to use or need the appliances. Location was perfect for our downtown sightseeing. Thanks to Josh for your hospitality!

All the destinations we planned to visit with our grandchildren were in easy driving distance. We enjoyed walking to a variety of restaurants on Georgia Ave and to Publix just 2 blocks away. Yet the townhouse was on a quiet secluded street.

We spent two nights. It is conveniently located to the Atlanta Zoo, Coke museum, and Georgia Aquarium. It was lovely to come home to comfortable surroundings after action-packed days. Most of all I loved that the kitchen was beautiffuly equipped with everything you would ever need! Highly recommend.

Very spacious and comfortable. Great location…we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and a delicious breakfast at The Little Tart Bakeshop. Host has great communication.

This property was everything and more......Perfectly located in a community that is going thru transition. Everything that is needed/required is right within walking distance on a good day! Felt safe the entire time....Very quiet. Would definitely refer anyone to this property in the future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience,,,,

Nice townhouse close to all the downtown attractions. Good communication with owner. The AC was cold and the beds were comfy! We enjoyed our stay.

This property was pretty much perfect! Great location, no more than 10 minutes to the best Atlanta attractions (we came for the zoo and aquarium and this was central to both). The neighborhood was clean, felt incredibly safe, and the neighbors were very friendly.
The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. There was a variety of coffee and tea, and even simple things like band aids and ziploc bags (and with kids that was a huge plus!). The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of blankets, and the towels were of good quality.
The check in process was easy and the owner was quick to respond to any messages. Would definitely recommend this place and if we are back in the area, will definitely book again!

This property was a gem. Very clean and uncluttered. Enough dishes and utensils for whatever is needed.
The location was absolutely perfect. We felt safe and had easy access to many restaurants and activities. We were in Atlanta for a Taylor Swift concert and it was a short drive to Mercedes Benz Stadium.
The owner responded immediately to any questions we had and provided a nice packet of information for the area. I highly recommend this property.

This condo was amazing! Our host Josh’s instructions were excellent and we got in without a hitch. The condo’s pictures were spot on, it was beautiful, spacious, new and very clean! Oh and did I mention the 20 inch pillow top, king size bed! This condo is close, 5-10 minutes to downtown but just far enough away from the hard edges of the city. The neighborhood was clean and SAFE and literally right off the interstate. It had a driveway / parking space for one car which was perfect for our group of (3 women) who all rode together. I can not say enough about this condo. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 3 bedroom, beautiful home, that’s in a safe area. It was worth the price and was above expectations!
