A nightclub nearby, loud music all night, but it only has parties on Saturday, the other days it was nice and quiet. When you take a shower the water comes out of the shower enclosure, it is manageable but a bit annoying since you have to dry it up after every shower.

Please be aware this room is not as advertised in the photos. We stayed in a mini studio apartment which was smaller than that shown in the photos attached to that specific apartment on booking.com, and it did not contain the furniture shown (there was no table, no chairs, and the only storage available for possessions was one small cupboard for storage). This apartment does not function well as a studio; we found self catering difficult for two reasons. Firstly there is no free surface for food preparation or eating, and no chairs to sit on. Secondly the small fridge was not cold enough to safely store any food (for context the chocolate we placed inside it melted). We notified staff promptly, but they did not help to rectify this.  Finally this apartment is poorly designed for any temperatures above 20C. There are two windows on the same wall which are locked so they can only opened a small amount; as such you can't generate a breeze. The bathroom has no ventilation so it's incredibly humid. The building is designed with air con installed but for whatever reason it's deactivated in the rooms; with temperatures above 30C it was very difficult to rest or sleep, and sadly the staff declined to help with this problem. I can imagine a situation where one person staying in this apartment during low temperature weather and only eating out might find it suitable, however in any other situation I would strongly advise against staying here.

is just next to the train rails , so you Hear the trains anytime , in the first floor there is a restaurant which one is conccected with the lift, but is not part from the hotel and the owner totally détestable not kind , if you ask to pasa there is totally anger! so not recommended.

There was dish washer but no scrubber. So it is very difficult to wash the dishes.

The online communication and treatment from in person staff at the accomodation was horrendous. I had to prompt on the day of check in to receive details from the hotel - something I wouldn’t know I’d have to do if I had not already stayed at a vision apartments elsewhere in Switzerland. I had to send multiple emails to enquire about the possibility of an early check in (I was only asking for 1 hour earlier) or to be advised when the room was ready - they said that the were unable to accomodate either of these requests at all. I asked if I could store my luggage at the hotel before checkin and this was also a blanket no, despite there being plenty of room in the reception area to do so. When I eventually did check in, I saw a staff member and approached them to ask a question and before I could even finish talking they said “no I don’t answer questions if you want anything you’ll have to call customer service” I tried to explain that it wasn’t an issue or anything to do with the hotel or room, but before I could explain what I wanted to ask (which was just the name and direction of the closest supermarket) I was cut off and told “no, I won’t help you. I’m the technician and don’t have to answer guest questions.” Appalled by the service on all fronts and would avoid like the plague. The thermostat in my room was also broken and stuck on hot leaving it uncomfortable all night and I had to sleep with the window wide open which let in the noise of the trains all night as I was too scared to ask the technician for help and given I’m an international traveller, my SIM did not allow me to call customer service. From previous experience, emails also took 2-4 days to be replied to aswell.

The quality of cutlery was good.

The bed size was suitable for single person whereas money charged for two persons. The WC area was very poor. Water was getting accumulated in the bathroom after taking bath.

The apartment location is next to the train station which means noise by trains Ps. the air condition should be checked while checking in

Although the room was compact (small) it had everything you needed and exactly as described. It is not 5 star hotel and provided your expectations match the price it is very good accommodation. Definitely good value. Shops and eating within walking distance. Free use of good washers and dryers

TV was old and not a SMART tv. Lack of towel rails There is no access to public transport nearby.

New and very clean apartment. It was small but if the apartment says mini, I wouldnt expect anything bigger. There is noise from the trains just like they tell you there will be. It wasn't bad for me when windows were closed, but I think the apartment will get warm in summer and you'll have to keep windows open and then the noise will be horrible.
