Great location & the balcony attached to the room was super cute.

The room was not very clean when we checked in, lots of hair everywhere, the bedroom floor & shower door was dirty & the shower did not drain. The hotel's WhatsApp was down and they don't respond to you through the Booking.com chat so I suggest you contact them through Facebook.

service staff actually canceled my trip on the day itself when they can actually do any payment / transaction in advance . hotel do not use booking for payment, will re direct u to external site for full payment before check the water ( showers ) is poor ! and sewage is flooded there is no even a chair to sit !

the worst smart key ever

The apartment has potential, nice space, utilities to cook simple meals.

When we entered the room, the room was not clean. The bed sheets seemed to have been washed, but they had a lot of hairs, and the floor was not mopped. The bathroom was also not very clean. We asked the staff to clean and the outcome wasn't very different, so probably our concept of a clean space is different from their standard. Despite kitchen utilities, the space doesn't have a table, so it's complicated even to have breakfast.

Good pace with convenient location and the room is clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful while I always forget the card in my room and locked outside lol. you call or text them, they help you right away in very nice and kind way.

there’s no chairs in smaller room with balcony and no elevator, but it’s just a minor one. in general the space is super good price and nice. worth the money

The rooms were well equipped with all modern facilities. The best part was the availability of iron, kitchenette and refrigerator besides the basic amenities.

The fact that our rooms were on third and fourth floor and there was no lift or help available to take our luggage was exactly what made the experience sour. The self check in method and the code based lock-unlock system added an extra hurdle in going back to the room. Our rooms were also provided only at 2 PM and that too we literally stood outside our room to get it cleaned faster. The other room was still dirty and messy even though the check in time had come. No early check in was made feasible. The location was okay, a little far from all the attractions.

Bed was comfortable

We booked a room solely on the basis that it was a short walk to our early morning bus to the Mecong. The room was on the ground floor on a side street which must be a well known shortcut for every scooter, bus and pedestrian in Saigon. The noise outside was relentless. It sounded like we were camped on the busiest roundabout with a truck stuck in reverse and it's reversing buzzer going off. In the morning it sounded like someone was rolling a metal bucket full of stones outside our prison-like window. Earplugs were useless as the vehicle lights would shine through the window and flash in the room every time someone would turn into the street. At least the bed was comfortable, which was a good thing as it took up most of the room. The leftover space was taken up by the gigantic cupboard in the middle of the room ment to hide the supporting pillar. Would have been nice if this cupboard was usable but it only offered hanging space and no shelves. Oh, and bring your own towels. There were none. Not even a hand towel. The "self-service" check in was a nice thought but given that someone still had to be there to take payment ment it was more like having a supermarket checkout chick stand back while I scanned and packed my own groceries and then holding their hand out for payment. And we had to wait 15 minutes for them to get there to check in 'ourselves'. Long story short, unless you have to get an early bus close by, avoid this accommodation. It's not worth the money when there are better ones out there, and they'll have towels...

It was a short stay, so I do have not much to say. The unit is brand new so it was nice enough for one night.

I messaged the host whilst I had wifi that I am arriving in 30 minutes, she didn't provide self-checking info, so I had to wait for someone to come at 10:30 pm at night to give me instructions, there were rats on the street, I was really tired, I told her I didn't have wifi, so why not set up payment online and send instructions straight away to save each other hassle. I had to wait for 15 minutes for a girl to come and check me in which feels like forever when you are tired and just want to sleep. Also, there is construction noise in the building from 9 am onwards.

Clean, easy for travel, goodd

Great services including room cleaning and taxi booking. The room is fully furnished and really quiet to relax. It's great to get check in guide from receptionists, so that I could easily find and enter the building.

I love this apartment and appreciate the way receptionist support me. Also, the building lies on an amazing area, where I could try various kinds of street food and drinking. What a nice experience!
