The room had ants even in the bed , the air filters was filthy had to clean them the beds were uncomfortable. The potatoes were soured never seen them throw them out. No garbage bags for the cans the least little cloud or wind the TV went out.The only good thing about the place was the kitchen manager Terrance and the guy at the front desk who kept getting yelled at in front of people by the Ass. Manager of the hotel. I can honestly say I'll never stay there again

Room floors where nasty turned the bottom on your feet black. The ceiling was falling from water damage. The toilet flusher handle was broke

Hotel had a nice bed, OK shower (2 basics). The elevator was scarry -- I used the stairs as much as possible, as I didn't want to become entrapped...the elevator had some kind of mechanical problem, which appeared to drop a foot or two with a loud noise suddenly, The breakfast was a 2 out of 10. The back door security lock was mostly disabled. The desk wouldn't look up my Mariott rewards number, so I didn't get credit for the stay in the program.

Cleanliness of the room was mediocre at best, as we found random hairs in the room and the comforter had a stain on it. Staff was nice in general.

There was a horrible smell in our initial room when we entered. The staff was kind enough to switch our rooms. However, we still had issues coughing etc even the next day. The hotel is very dated and I guess we were expecting ting a bit more updated from a Fairfield/Marriott. However, your staff is fine. Thank you

Desperately need to do something with your fitness center. Smells like a week old gym bag, the elliptical wasn't working, and only one of the two treadmills was functioning fully.
Staff was pleasant, breakfast setup was good, and the room itself was fine.

Room smelled like mold. Room wasn’t clean. Had clean sheets and pillows but had stuff on mirrors . Room. Didn’t have a remote but they did bring one with a smile staff was good. Nice breakfast area.

We stayed for a night, had to upgrade to a larger room at the last minute and it was no problem. Breakfast was good and served at an early hour. Check out was a breeze.
