The rooms were good and the staff was friendly.

There were no hangers in the bathroom and geyser was not working properly and first there were no soaps in bathroom.

Hotel owner denied check in claiming overbooking even though full payment was made through booking.com. He asked me to ask for a refund from oyo and offered me the same room at a premium. We ended up staying there for the night since it was late. The room was low grade with a stained blanket no towels or soaps. Advance booking is a scam and oyo has become trash.
