Breakfast was not provided and they were not willing to go an extramile for me to get the breakfast because I didn't mention on booking.com that I needed breakfast, even after I told her that the was not option to choose. I was not happy at all. The linen was poor as well as the towels, they were torn and duvet was so small with no volume in this winter, blanket was dirty. I'm not happy at all. No sugar provided in the room, iyooo it was like I was not paying for the service. I'm no longer going back there at all. Their dstv is only SABC channels, no choice of what to watch, boring place

The fact that they charged us again when we arrived, yet we paid through bookings.com

The facility was very cold,no heater.

We were provided with Netflix.

The fridge was not working. There was no kitchen, We had to drink water from the bathroom. And there was no back up for load shedding

The friendliness from the lady that checked us in and the aboveboard assistance when we had an issue with our vehicle. Very helpful and caring. I would go back for the hospitality....

I can't blame the venue for the loadshedding that we experienced as this is out of their control. I think venues should consider some alternative lighting. Fridge was not working, even when there was power/electricity. There was a need for FIXED plug points for the utilities (Kettle/Microwave/Fridge)

The hospitality that I got there was phenomenal

The yard is muddy, they should consider paving. The towels in the room they are very hard couldn’t even use one. The place should consider having back up when it’s load shedding, even those portable lights can help.
