Great house! Fun backyard setup and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect location for beach access. Way more space than we needed for our family of five. We would stay there again!

This beautiful home was perfect for our group of 5 adults. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues while we were there, and the rental company was very responsive. From before check-in to check-out, communication was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

My husband and I and our three adult children had a fabulous week at this spectacular home even though the sun barely came out and it was cold and windy the entire week. We were grateful for all the amenities, especially the pool and hot tub which we used every day. Loved the use of the backyard spaces with the putting greens, the ping-pong table and corn hole. There was plenty of space for all of us to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms, including an extra bedroom and common bathroom. And love there is a bonus den which we each used individually at some point throughout the week. The property managers were responsive when we called about a few minor things and were very attentive, and followed up the day after to ensure all was well. We rented bikes and received a discount through the rental company. We really enjoyed biking all over the island to shops and restaurants. The beach is a 1 to 2 minute walk and what a wonderful beach and a great place to see the sunset the one night we got to see it. We definitely love our first experience on Anna Maria Island and definitely plan to come back. We would love to stay at this VRBO again!

House is amazing! We had so much fun in the backyard and love the location! Property management company wasn't very helpful and blamed us and never got the garage door to open for us. They told us there were beach toys in there, but couldn't get it open all week and wouldn't bring us back up toys because it "wasn't in the listing"

This property checked all of our boxes as far as location, space, etc. The extra den provided a nice area for the kids to play, etc. The downfall of the property was the linens that we found to be scratchy and thin, the pillows that were lumpy and the lack of the supplies that were supposed to have been left like the dish soap, dish cloth and kitchen trash bags. We spent a lot of money to rent this lovely home and felt that newer linens and pillows would have made our stay even better. Thank you!

This house was amazing! If you are looking for a place to accommodate a large group or family look no further!!! Great location and the management company is TOP NOTCH! 1 block to beach! Heated pool and fabulous hot tub. Outdoor space is beautiful! If you have the opportunity to book do so now.

Great house

Incredible property with great access to beach. Pay attention to instructions on Pool and it will help. Grab a Golf Cart and enjoy the Island. Could not have asked for a better week and this is certainly a place we would entertain coming back to.

My mom and I spent a glorious week at Beach Bound. The house sits on a beautifully landscaped lot a short block from the beach. The house has a nice flow and is tastefully furnished. We especially loved the aqua blue glass chandelier over the dining room table. The back yard is a showstopper! It is quite large with many options for relaxation & fun. It also offers complete privacy with the fencing and lush, tropical landscaping. We had some minor maintenance issues during our stay, but the rental staff were very responsive and quick to resolve them. Would definitely recommend this lovely property and hope to return again soon with the family.

This home has it all! Location, ameneties, updated style, close to the beach--you name it! Our family of two boys and my mother each enjoyed our own spacious rooms. The dining room chandelier was eclectic and beautiful! But the backyard was the highlight. The pool, spa, putting greens, ping pong table, corn hole, covered pavilion and outdoor tv--it was overboard with relaxation and fun. We had just a few maintenance issues, but Anna Maria Life was very responsive. The property was exceptionally clean too. We would love to return to this property again!!

Property overall was a 9.9/10 I do think that you need to invest in some new Cookware and Knives for the Kitchen area. The backyard is a vacation paradise.

The accommodations were everything we had hoped they would be and more. The backyard was breathtaking and the location an easy walk to not only the beach, but to the market and restaurants as well.

We had a family group of 8 looking to trade snow shovels for beach and sunshine. This house was perfect. All the rooms have king beds and private bathrooms, except one. The pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. The beach is a very short walk across the street. The beach was not crowded and the sand was sugary white. Would highly recommend this place!

Beach Bound needs major maintenance repairs and updates to be worth rental $$ of a $1,000.00 a night being charged.....anything and everything is wrong with this rental. First we were delayed 2 days to check-in for plumbing issues. Second the pool was not working had to be repaired we missed 4 days of use. Third commode leaking badly in primary bath had to be pulled up and repaired. Fourth, Dishwasher had standing water in bottom and would not drain causing a horrible a smell in kitchen along with the basket for silverware had holes in it so forks and knives fell thru. Fifth only six teaspoons, all dishes, glasses were mismatched, pots and pans were old and greasy, skillets were badly scraped and scratched.....unsafe to use. Stove was in need of a serious cleaning. Sixth Bed comforters on bed had a strange odor, blankets were old and worn. MATTRESSES need to be replaced....sheets did not fit bed.... kept coming off. Much of the Furniture is old...needs to be replaced. Seventh TV in living room worked sometimes. Eight on arrival had to vacuum whole house due to sand on floor. Lastly, most annoying had to call management company to turn a/c or heat on. NOTE: In fairness Anna Maria Life did come out when we called but we spent half of our vacation dealing with maintenance issues that should have been addressed before we arrived. Never again on Beach Bound!!

Location is awesome and house was nice but for almost 1k/ night I would have expected more amenities. The house could really benefit from some improvements- new mattress in master (absolute necessity; we could not sleep in it the middle dip was so bad; woke up with backaches), better and more kitchen pans/supplies, more cleaning supplies, bikes that are not locked up and unavailable, beach chairs that are not for a kid. ....

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Bound. The location is very good, it’s in a quiet part of the island and the beach is just a short walk away. It’s not close enough to downtown Anna Maria for walking though just to keep in mind. The pool and hot tub were great, heated nicely and the hot tub got nice and hot within 30 minutes or so of turning it on. The house appears smaller than it actually is, there was plenty of room for our 2 families that stayed here. The negatives, and why I couldn’t give it 5 stars, are what is included with your stay. There is no extra toilet paper, no Kleenex, no paper towels, only 2 sets of towels for each bathroom, and not even coffee filters. There was also only one tiny packet of dishwasher detergent included. All this was unacceptable for a one week stay. Be prepared to bring with you or buy at the store when you get here. There also aren’t really any cleaning supplies such as a vacuum to clean up while we were there. Overall, I might stay here again, but the management company should definitely provide more essentials.

First, we want to say that the overall experience and accommodations were great! We could not have asked for a better location to the beach, bus, shops and restaurant's. Having a heated pool and hot tub just topped it all off with plenty of room to sleep and get ready for the day. With that said we did have some things not working, others in need of repair or just wanting them to be in better condition. The pool light did not come on, the light in the hot tub felt like it was going to fall out, but we’re guessing/hoping it was a sealed light and would pose no danger. The Shower tub combo drain was partially plugged and water would fill up in the tub as you showered. We wish there were a few more flat pans, cookie sheets and just better shape cooking pans. The last thing was a lot of the sand toys were broke and the umbrella would not stay up. We only tell you these things to make our next stay and others that much better! We will be back and we hope within the year and plan to stay again in this house or one nearby. Again, thank you for a wonderful Family vacation. We have nothing but great memories from our stay in Anna Maria.

Wonderful week on AMI. The highlight of course was our daughters wedding on the beach with just family present.

We had a wonderful time at Beach Bound. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property, location and pool. The only suggestions would be to at least provide soaps for the bathrooms and trash bags for kitchen garbage.

We enjoyed staying here..beautiful relaxing pool and so close to the beach! We loved that all of the bedrooms were king size and had there own bathrooms. We could have used more kitchen supplies..plastic plates, cups and storage containers also pot holders. Overall a great house!
