Apartment was nice. View very nice of Mirror Lake. We had to leave early, I got sick. The unloading and loading was a hassle. We had a problem hooking up wifi and a very nice lady from realty office came and got us connected.

We had a great visit to Lake Placid. The only complaint we have about this place is that it constantly smelled like marijuana. At times stronger than others. It made sleeping in the bedrooms and walking into the condo very uncomfortable. The main living area was fine and it was the highlight of this condo since it has the view.

It was an average place. We did have to call for towels as there were not enough for four people. It was fixed before evening. Downtown location was very good. It was disappointing that the master bath shower had been taken out. We were notified of that before we arrived but there was no offer of a discount for the inconvenience. Overall it wasn't the best experience we've had.

We stayed at this quaint and very clean home. We had a great stay. We were in town for our sons wedding. Getting up and looking at mirror lake everyday was amazing!

Fantastic location and view. Space needs updating, one shower was closed off to be fixed, patio doors didn’t work that well. Overall it our needs but could use some work.

The property allows for beautiful balcony views of Mirror Lake and CobbleHill and WhiteFace mountains. Location is great for immediate downtown access and walking all around.

View from Mirror Lake was awesome! Location was perfect. However, only one bathroom had a shower, two sinks leaked, several outlets and switches did not work.

Positives - great location at the north end of town - lake view is lovely - functional layout for 2 people (but not more) Negatives - poor, outdated overall condition - the unit had a dumpy, worn out vibe - entryway/stairs very outdated and filthy - several outlets don’t work - both porch screen doors broken - hot water fluky and unpredictable

This was a very functional apartment directly on Mirror Lake. It was walking distance to all the main street of Lake Placid. Fantastic!!!

This place was so perfect! Beautiful view of Mirror Lake and the mountains in the distance. Right on Main Street to shop and go to restaurants. We had the best time!

Great place. So glad we went for it. Had all you need and the views were amazing. Walk to any place in town, very convenient.

We cooked each night, enjoyed the homey feel of the place, and were dazzled by the view. The bathroom placements were difficult, especially for stairs-challenged guests.

We loved our location. Right on main street with a view of the street from the master bedroom and a view of Mirror lake off the back. It has a quaint cozy feel. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants and a little haven to return to after a day of activities. We had a little issue with parking and communication with the owner/jproperty manager about that on a Sunday was immediate and resolved quickly. There were a few drawbacks that didn’t deter us much. The master looks out on main street and one can hear everything that goes on through the window that sounded like it was always open.. And someone that seems crazy was in the unit (#6) right next door that spewed expletives and yelled crazy abusive language at intervals throughout the night that could be heard. It was disturbing. The kitchen could be a little better appointed. No sharp knives, drinking glasses could have a better selection, etc. The bathroom for the second bedroom is down a hall and kind of inconvenient but that was expected from the pics and was manageable. And the main heat source was in the second bedroom and got really hot for the people sleeping in there. And the parking spot was far away and difficult with snow. The unit should have a snow shovel to help with that. we ended up mostly parking on the street in front of our unit and paying and it really wasn’t that expensive. We loved our trip and the pros of this condo outweighed the cons. We would stay there again.

Perfect location and perfect for a weekend away. The beds were not the most comfortable but for what you get for the price it couldn’t be beat.

Apartment was beautiful with balcony overlooking mirror lake .. watched dog sledding daily … walk downstairs and you are on Main Street with no worries about parking . Close to all shops and restaurants. Drawbacks only include parking is a few blocks away. So u must park cars to unpack in front of property and then park at spot’s designated , which is a must and a plus. Also neighbor is on same floor . Some noise is possible depending on tenant. Overall wonderful area and location. With breathtaking views for our Christmas Vacation Week

Loved staying in town. Very comfortable place to stay, and will do so again!
