No complimentary water bottle. Too costly. Completely unprofessional manager and staff. Extremely limited food option. Lots of mosquitos in room. Complimentary breakfast was the worst experience of my life - just 2 piece of bread with 1 cup black tea. We were treated like street beggars. Completely disastrous experience. Not recommended for anyone.

Room was very nice and behaviour of staff is excellent and they are cooperative.

Aminities was not so good. It is essential to accommodate fooding arrangement in the hotel. As such no room service was there.

Booking. Com consider hotels without physical verification of status of the hotel. By booing under this app. Completely disheartened about on line booking.

The restaurant within the premises was not upto the mark, for food we had to seek outside help, rather we had gone nearby restaurant for food.

The lift was good except for Sunday. It's working failed Sunday afternoon. The mechanic was not available, since it was a holiday. The next day the defect was rectified.
