Tout était parfait! Chambre très confortable et l’équipement parfait, très calme, hôte très accueillante et sympathique et le petit déjeuner génial ☺️🙌 à 3,4 km du centre-ville, mais le tram passe juste sur la chaussée en face sinon nous on a pris notre voiture et utilisé le parking souterrain du centre.

Everything about B&B Maaltebrug is simply fantastic. Petra was an extremely lovely and kind host, and everything about the bed & breakfast was perfect - the rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious, and light; breakfast was excellent every day and the B&B is right next to a tram station, from where you can easily get to the center or the St. Pieters station. Everything was absolutely great during our stay. - Manja and Ana

Location excellent. Lovely large room with comfortable bed, and great ensuite. Tram over road. Lovely fresh breakfast. Nothing too much trouble for Petra.

Best B&B ever: brand new, spacious, quiet, delicious breakfast and wonderful host Petra: thank you for a great stay in beautiful Gent. Tram No. 1 stops directly in front of the house. It takes you to central station and to city center. I will come back!!!! 20 points out of 10 😉

Absolutely nothing

We arrived 2 hours early and I asked Petra if it would be ok to park the car and go for a walk. She told us our room was ready and we could check in early which was very welcome after a long journey. Petra was very welcoming and attentive. She showed us to our room and gave us information on Ghent and how to travel on the tram. The tram stop into the city is literally across the road, takes about 17 minutes and you just swipe your debit/credit card on the machine inside the tram. The standard of the b+b accommodation is exceptional. The cleanliness and quality of the fittings are of a very high standard. Breakfast was laid out ready for us in the morning with a good choice. If I return to Ghent I will only stay here. Perfect.

Absolutely great! Petra was so kind and helpful! The room was super nice and completely new! The breakfast was delicious, prepared with love. The tram station on the other side of the road is perfect to travel to the city center of Gent. We enjoyed our two days there!

Just incredible, it really feels like you are at home and it was the best part of our trip to Ghent. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the breakfast is delicious and homemade (even the yoghurt! that was fantastic) and the host is the loveliest person, she really cares about her guests. There is also a large supermarket nearby for anything you might need and the train station is very close (can even be walking distance).

If you don’t have a car remember to plan out when you need to go to the city center, the service is good but takes on average 20-25 minutes.

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at the B&B! The recently renovated room was spacious and luxurious and had everything we could hope for. The breakfast was amazing as well, with local/fresh products and a very friendly and welcome host that tailored to our every need. Definitely recommend!
