On our second day from the afternoon till check out we didn't have Wi-Fi how were we suppose to use the tv's or devices. House keeping just clean the window's most of the time we were there, none of the rooms were done, NO fresh towels or top up of the toiletries etc and then she had the nerve too ask us for money. Main bedroom shower area drain was blocked had to use the towels to stop the water from coming into the main bedroom. One of the sliding doors didn't lock properly, In the lounge area air con didn't work, Microwave still not cleaned second day, these's may sound pitty little things. when your spending alot of money you expect better.
