This was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Great coffee shop and Hyvee within walking distance. Perfect for our family of 4.

Beautiful property. Location was very quiet and perfect for our family. Shared driveway was hard to access due to neighbors’ many cars, but street parking was safe and convenient.

Such a cute cozy house
pictures don’t do it justice, bigger than expected. The kitchen had the essentials plus some. Perfect for families. Everything you need to be comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

We were very excited when we arrived, the place is much bigger than in the pictures. However, the house was not clean. The beds were made, but the sheets were obviously dirty from the previous guests. There was hair and crumbs on the sheets. Next to the bed the previous guests had spilled coffee on the nightstand and the sticky coffee stains were still there. The shower was not cleaned after the previous guests, obvious hair that was not ours was all over the base of the shower floor. We are not picky people, but clean sheets is a pretty standard expectation.

We found ourselves suddenly needing to stay an additional week in Des Moines, and snagged up this gem. The kids had fun on the upper floor, playing games and getting out energy. We - adults and kids - had a sleepover up there. So cozy.
The kitchen is nicely stocked for preparing meals (pans, Tupperware, serving spoons, bowls). We were happy to have a greater range of dishes than the previous place we rented. Sadly we couldn’t get the gas grill working, but it wasn’t a problem.

We booked the house kind of last minute. Communication was excellent. The house was clean and well stocked. It had everything you needed from towels to cook wear to bandaids. I had two quick messages to the host, and she responded immediately. We would stay there again!

We have stayed at this property twice as it is very near family in DesMoines. Property is exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Almost everything you need is provided. Also very close to Drake university and convenient to downtown DesMoines. Highly recommend.

We loved the beauty of this cute house and it was quite comfy. Emily has stocked it with everything one might need (thank you!). The family enjoyed our stay and it was so convenient to central Des Moines.

Brought my family with two young kids to Des Moines to visit family. The home worked out well for our visit. The only thing worth noting for young children is there is no bathtub, just a shower (we made it work). The upstairs loft was a nice play area for the kids + cousins when hanging out.

House is adorable with so much space. It’s even better in person compared to the pictures. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable and having coffee on the front porch was perfect. The entire neighborhood is a delight and we enjoyed taking a walk around the area. The 4 of us enjoyed our Girls Weekend very much.
Side note: the owner was extremely sweet and helpful to us as well!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is so beautiful and well stocked with everything you will need. We stayed with our 2 kids and it was very family friendly. The hosts were amazing, helped us immediately and answered all of our questions when we reached out. Can’t say enough about how kind they were. It’s really close to a grocery store, cute local coffee shop and lots of restaurants. We would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!
