My stay here is always a pleasant one Ketan is always very hospitable and helpful. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Also feel very safe staying here. I recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Joliet area. And it’s very reasonably priced.

The hotel needs serious upgrades. The first room we were in had a bug running across the night stand. They changed our room and the carpet in the next room was filthy and stained, there was some standing water in the tub. They started vacuuming the hallway outside our room at 7:30 am. The danish we grabbed from the free breakfast was hard and dried out.

I stay here all the time and the owner and staff are wonderful. I stay several times a year. Very clean hotel and beds are very comfortable. I would recommend for anyone to stay here.

Everything was good. Except for the breakfast. Spoiled milk, Spoiled yogurt, eggs but no where to cook them, the juices offered tasted like pure water. But everything apart from the breakfast was very good service.

Hotel room was dirty and had not been vacuumed. There were fleas in the room and crumbs and dead bugs on the carpet. Staff was friendly though.

Not recommended for solo female travelers. Nice bed and sheets, right off the interstate. Locally owned and run which was a nice touch. Area around the hotel has lots of commotion and swearing. I didn’t feel safe to walk my dog there so we drove to another area. WiFi was spotty. If all you need is a place to sleep off the interstate it will check the box.

Just needed a stop after a Notre Dame game heading home to Iowa. Easy location to get to off interstate. Clean room, comfortable bed, easy check in and out. Would stay again.

For an affordable chain this facility was very nice. Recently update, bright, clean, comfortable. Across the street from Sams Club was nice. You can see the layout is similar to older dingy Super 8's but a nice job of renovating was done. Breakfast looked nice too.

very amaze with the remodeling, love the rooms and I booked two for my family. Rooms were nice size for my family of three. The second room had everything listed like grab bars I wanted in my parents bathroom. Very clean property. I love the decoration pleasant and calming. Pillows and bed very comfortable

On a car trip and needed a good place to stay overnight before continuing our journey. This Super 8 was perfect. A nice, well-appointed, clean hotel convenient to I 80. Great friendly staff. Near lots of restaurants.

The property itself is nice, they have done many upgrades to the rooms. Although they are small rooms. Staff is very nice and friendly. 24 hr coffee that is excellent! The only reason I rated it a 3 star is the area it is in. There's a motel right behind this one and there are a lot of unsavory people hanging around. It made me feel unsafe when going out of the building.

Stay here was better than expected for a Super 8. Hotel was clean ,no washer and dryers but still it was a very good hotel .

Overall our stay for very good. Had all of the comforts we needed after a long day on the road. Clean and comfortable. Only odd thing was how dark the room was. There was only one tiny desk lamp that was not enough light for the room.

Minus 2 for semi, harley and car noise. Minus two for house keeping noise in the am. Minus one for stained sheets. Minus one for overall condition especially tub. Minus one for smells.Mold andcsomething that comes in a tube that expedia will never let me name in a review. And minus one for vibrating floor in the bathroom. There is also alot of traffic and an industrial plant of some kind nearby. I thought this would be a bit nicer area than downtown. Quite the opposite.

About forty minutes into my stay the hotel manager decided to send someone into my room to paint, didn't even ask. Just barged in and started painting. The room also wasn't clean when I got into it. The surfaces where covered in fingerprints and there was hair inside my fridge and on my toilet. Not to mention the rats in the parking lot and the TV not working. Also you can't bring in visitors at all. Staff wasn't very accommodating any of the times I complained.

I really didn't care too much about the pet fee of $35 per night non refundable, but everything else was good. Ohh and it should come standard with 2 beds to have 3-4 sets of towels, not just 2 sets like they had.
