We enjoyed staying in your home. The location was perfect for us and also very quiet. We think a night light for the bathroom would be helpful as it was very dark. You might consider letting renters know that the television is not hooked up to the major networks. I especially appreciated the cleanliness. We certainly would consider staying with you again.

Very quiet neighborhood. All the necessary amnesties were provided. Excellent communication from the host. The room was clean and comfortable. A pleasant stay indeed.

We had a great time! Bed was comfy, suite was private, quiet, and fully stocked with everything you’d need for a longer stay. Neighborhood was really cute, quiet, safe. Access was easy and came with two deadbolt-able doors with your own key. Will come stay again! :)

We had a great stay. My son attended hockey camp during the day and this was a quick and easy commute to the arena. I was able to work remotely and my son could get some rest after hockey camp. When our schedule changed, Steve provided understanding and flexibility. We will consider booking again if our travels bring us back to the area.

We greatly enjoyed our visit in this quiet relaxing space. Having laundry available was a big plus. We would stay again.

The residence was very clean and well furnished, which easily took care of our everyday needs. Would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay. The basement space was private, quiet and cozy. The space is nicely decorated and so clean. We appreciated having the amenities for cooking which saved us money on our apartment hunting trip. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Steve and family!

Steve was very hospitable and welcoming! The rental space was comfortable and the amenities provided were clean and modernized. The neighborhood is cozy and, overall, I enjoyed my stay.

I live locally, but wanted a place to stay to escape the daily grind and just concentrate on my writing for a while. This property made for a perfect get-away: self-contained and comfortable, a place where I could both work and relax.
The owner was communicative and friendly. I hope to return some time!

This place was perfect for my stay in west St. Paul. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and helpful host made this stay great. I really liked the white sound machine and the mid-sized fridge. Looking forward to staying here again for future River Centre conventions and Excel events.
