Excellent location, nice area. Good sized bedrooms, can see it has had some recent decorating done.

Fridge wasn’t clean, had to clean before we used. Toilet seat is loose. Shower leaks through kitchen ceiling.

If you have booked this property I would cancel it, we looked around and decided we couldn’t stay the overwhelming smell of disinfectant for a start and when I saw the kettle was rusty inside! I did message the owner and told him the sad thing is it wouldn’t have taken a lot to get it up to a better standard. He assured me he would do it so I held off putting a review, but I’ve read now he hasn’t improved it. So unless he can prove he has DON’T BOOK

Great host , Lovely sized house , nicely decorated. Great location, with parking. We had a great stay, would stay again for further visits to Tynemouth.

The two separate lounges, with separate televisions. The bedrooms were spacious. Location near to town centre and the metro.

Just a few bits of the house needed touching up but nothing to stop us coming again.

The location is brilliant and the host was really friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect. A short walk to the town and the coastline, but far enough away to not hear the usual town sounds.

Only thing i would say is the shower could be a little bigger. Nothing wrong with how it wirks but a 800mm x 100mm offset Quadrant shower gives so much more space.
