Just what we needed in our stay.

If you are looking for a clean place for the family, this isn’t for you. We found a dead rat on the trap underneath the kitchen sink on day 3. The floor was gross. We had to bring in our own floor machine and we cleaned the floors 4 times in 1 day and the water was still jet black. We cleaned the floors a total of 10 times during our 21 day stay. And the floor wasn’t the only thing that was dirty. We ended up washing all the furniture covers, towels and sheets ourselves multiple times because they were filthy. If you are looking for a place with convenient parking, this isn’t for you either. We paid $10 per day for each car only to have other vehicle’s constantly parked on the “reserved spots” provided. Think the management company will tow those cars? They won’t. Instead they’ll tell you that the “towing service cannot be reached.” If you are hoping for an easy way to communicate with the host, this place isn’t for you. The place is one of 20 some units in the apartment complex managed by some kind of group. It looks nothing like the photo. The messages were directed to random staff at different times of exchange. The staff members can’t see the chat history, so they have no idea what’s going on. Worse, there seem to be no policies and procedures in place, so each person tells you something different. It is really frustrating. Don’t do it to yourself. Sure, it is a convenient location with an affordable rate, but you’ll pay the price in disgust and annoyance.

Great price. Nice location. Communication with property owner was great. Could have used hand towels in kitchen and bathrooms and washcloths in bathroom would have been helpful. The coffee pot was broken.when we arrived and tried to use it and they replaced it the next day.
