The property owner was accessible and emailed all necessary information. The place was super clean, and all house rules and amenities were easy to find and understand. My only suggestion is that the map location on the initial online listing needs to be updated. It shows the property on the "grid" near ECU. We were looking for a place where we could walk around campus. Once we got the address, it was about a 12-15 drive from campus. We adjusted quickly though, and were happy with the accommodations.

It was an absolute amazing pleasure to stay here. It was quiet and conveniently located. The host was also amazing and was in constant communication. I would recommend a stay here you will not regret it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was conveniently located near ECU, which is why we were in town. The home is beautiful! It is brand new, very spacious, and was extremely clean. The communication was top-notch and I would definitely recommend this home.

I was visiting with family during spring break for a college visit to ECU. I picked this location based on its stellar reviews and the location stated on its page as being close to ECU (6 min walk) and in the downtown area. I received check in address two days before arrival to find that the actual location was no where near where the VRBO listing had stated. I reached out to the host but only received standard automated replies via the VRBO site and via email. One of the emails listed a set of rules of which there were at least 10 boldly stated “DO NOT” do this or that. At the end of the email it states that the cleaning crew is meticulous in their inspection of house when guests leave thus implying that the guest will be caught if rules are broken. I believe that I am very respectful guest and would never leave a home in any condition other than which I found it. The tone of the email left my whole family on edge and uncomfortable in the house. We were afraid to use anything in the kitchen. With the statement of all of the rules around cleanliness and maintenance of the home I was surprised to find dirty laundry in the washer. We were informed hours before check in that a bed was broken and nothing could be done to fix it. Nothing was offered in compensation nor was an apology offered for the incorrect listing of location. I was also disappointed by the master bed simply being a box spring and mattress set on the floor. It was very uncomfortable getting in and out of bed.

My family and I came to Greenville for a prospective student tour of ECU for my teenagers. The townhome was perfect for the 4 of us. It had everything we needed and was extremely clean. I was lost at first trying to find the rental, but the host called me back immediately and helped me find the place. It’s about a 15 minute drive to campus which wasn’t ideal, but parking is super easy on campus and in downtown Greenville, we didn’t mind the drive at all. The home is super close to the medical center though, if that’s why you are in town. I would stay here again!

The stay was exactly what I needed. The location was close to most things and the townhome was very very clean . Would definitely recommend !

My mom and son had a great stay for a few days while in town for the High School Eastern Regional Orchestra (ERO) hosted at ECU. It was a great alternative to the hotels in Greenville. Only a few miles from campus and such a quiet and comfortable retreat to feel at home (vs in a Holiday Inn box), especially with a cello to practice! The home was exactly as advertised and so appreciated! We will definitely return if in Greenville again…

We go to Greenville a lot for doctors appointments. This was an amazing find. It was very welcoming and the host was also amazing to work with. Very close to the hospital.

This home is so well stocked, modern & spacious. Being a new neighborhood we had a bit of difficulty finding it via GPS but a text to the owner & a quick response got us there easily. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay and close to the college and yet far enough away to get away from it.

My family and I went down to Greenville North Carolina for a wedding. We went through VRBO and found this new townhouse listing. When we read it and saw the pictures, it seemed too good to be true. When we arrived, we were so blown away with the location, the townhouse and the cleanliness of the unit. Every detail was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was spotless, and the location was perfect for what our needs were. Not only was communicating with the owners a joy, they came over the following day and brought us fruit, tea, and wine, they also asked us if there was anything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Being a germaphobe I do not like going to other places that are not my home. I felt so comfortable and relaxed. It was amazing. If I could give it more than a five star rating I would.

This was our second stay and it was perfect! The owners are wonderful and responsive. They assisted me when I ran into trouble with the booking process. The townhome is clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for us as we have a daughter at ECU and close to shopping and restaurants. Looking forward to another stay!

The location is 12 minutes from ECU campus. The neighborhood was very quite. Communication with host was excellent. We will definitely book again.
