Esta casa de vacaciones de Indianápolis con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, en el centro, te permitirá disfrutar de todo tipo de actividades. Nice place to stay close to down town

The house is cozy. Enough chairs to sit around the table and play games and beds to sleep in. Most people found the beds comfortable. The house was clean for the most part (some dirty tissues/napkins found in the desk drawer in one of the rooms). Flooring by one bedroom had a crack in it but Jim, owner, replied right away when I messaged him about it. No “front yard” and back yard seemed overgrown. Neighborhood seemed to be on the edge of feeling like we were in a safe area - felt very safe in the house and going to and from the car. Close enough to walk to downtown (convention center / stadium) however, didn’t feel safe to walk there. A couple notes to: ‘*. poor water pressure in tip shower head due to leak at base of shower head to wall (other bathroom has very good water pressure in shower. ** May want to look at replacing some pots and pans (very overused) and get some serving bowls and more coffee cups. ** recommend a step stool for the kitchen. Drawstring to the kitchen window is very high along with the cabinets and our party had to keep standing in chairs. ** very impressed with all the ceiling fans in the rooms, but the one room without a fan got very stuffy. A floor fan would be nice to have in the closet.
These are a few things we noticed over the four days. They did not hinder our trip. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay and a very fast and easy drive to everywhere we needed to get to!

Cute home, had everything we needed. Loved that it had extra towels, toiletries, coffee pot.
Communication with manager was very easy and fast. Could use a new set of pots and pans and some mixing bowls and maybe a few extra seats. Overall super happy with it and would book again! We enjoyed it!

This was a nice cozy home for my mom and me. The house was clean. It was very inviting with different things from Indianapolis throughout the house.

This place was very cute and comfortable. The appliances were updated and high end and it was decorated in a cute way. It was perfect for our family for a week...small, but really cozy.
I give it a five star because it was great for us, but will say that some people might have an issue with the neighborhood...it was convenient but a bit sketchy/run down. Also, the house is completely renovated, but it was a very old house and there are soft spots under the new flooring and peeling in one corner of the ceiling. These are little things I don't care about, but wanted to point out for pickier guests. It was spotless, and the owner was willing to come out right when we got there to fix the broken TP holder I messaged him about...though I didn't have him come because it didn't bother me.
Overall, if you aren't insistent on staying in a posh neighborhood and don't get bothered by little details that older houses have (even if they look brand new on the surface) this is a screaming deal.

Property was well kept and updated. Location is a work in progress but quiet during our stay. We went to the children’s museum and Indy downtown for a weekend away.

My girls and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house. It was convenient to downtown, extremely clean and had everything we needed for the stay. We needed a place centrally located to all of our family members in Indianapolis and surrounding suburbs. We only needed to bring food to cook and eat. Everything else was provided including body wash. I look forward to using this place again when we come to town to see family

This was a great option for my recent visit. My family needed close proximity to downtown for an event. Also, I needed to travel with my pets. This was a great house for our needs. This neighborhood seems to be transitioning quickly.

House is cozy and Colt blue not much local activity in the immediate area. Comfy bed, excellent showers and water pressure. Kitchen amenities could use an update.

Working in downtown for a couple of days. House was clean, beds comfortable, and host was available to answer questions. The surrounding neighborhood is the only downside. Would definitely stay again.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this home for our weekend stay in Indy. It was both of our first times getting to experience Lucas Oil Stadium for the game and having this home so close was so convenient. It was very clean when we arrived, everything was easily accessible and perfect. We will definitely do this again!

Nice place for us to sit and relax. We attended a concert at Gainbridge location was great. Nice mall and food choices a short drive away. Overall we were happy with our choice.

The property was very clean. Quit neighborhood. Definitely near every thing downtown with just a 5 minute drive. The only thing I didn’t like was those lil nats everywhere. I believe it was probably because of the mulch and bushes around the property. And inside the home it was nats coming out the kitchen sink(garbage disposal). That’s the only thing I would say could taken care of better with the home. But all in all it was a great place to stay at a great price!

Wanted to have a place to stay for a family trip to Indy. Overall the house was clean and worked well for our needs. Only complaints are the beds were squeaky and the couch not super comfy, but we didn’t use the couch much anyways. A good place to stay for a place to rest your head when you’re out and about in Indy!
