Ray Loo was very unprofessional. When my friend and I got there no one seemed to know that the room was booked through booking.com. Once I finally got a hold of the owner, Ray Loo he said he never received the confirmation. In which I had to contact booking.com instead of him. Booking.com had said that they sent the confirmation 2 months prior to booking. Booking.com had called Ray Loo 3 times in which he did not answer. I then called and he did not answer, meanwhile he is sitting inside the house watching me sit in the car through his window. Once I finally got Ray Loo's attention by ringing the doorbell he refused my stay because he did NOT want to take responsibility for overbooking his SKETCHY "rent a room in his basement". Once I finally got his attention, I had him talk to booking.com, whilst I was standing there to ensure he actually took the call he lied and treated to call the police because 'I was being rude to him not taking credit for his overbooking mistake'. He threaten to call the cops because I was on the property that I had paid to stay. If I did not make sure my foot was in the door he would have slammed it in my face and taken no responsibility for HIS OVER BOOKING MISTAKE.

The basement and the room was nice looking.

Had an extremely, extremely small fridge that you couldn't fit anything in it, a microwave, and just some napkins, nothing else. There are no TV's, or radio, or even a fan, or not a ceiling fan. Felt you had to be extremely quiet, it was so insanely HOT in that room, the air got turned off or something, had to open the window all the way open, couldn't sleep cause it was so hot, had a blastic cover over the bed, so it was noisy, plus it and the sheets kept popping off the bed. There was only one pillow a person, so had to grab several small couch pillows to use. Also only one little night stand on the one side, no lamp, only ceiling light that was too bright. Had to unscrew 2 of the bulbs, but still put a canvas shopping bag over it just to have dimmer lights. The garbage was never emptied from previous.
