I booked this hotel and thought I canceled it since my friend said I could stay in her room at this hotel. Come to find out I didn't cancel it in time. The front office lady was very helpful and I didn't end up getting charged for the room I didn't use. I still stayed at the hotel so I can give a honest review. I've stayed in a lot of hotels within a 30 minute drive of this area and this one was my favorite. The breakfast was the best I've had. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed in a second building and needed to go outside to get to the other building for breakfast. My friend had a broken foot so it was slow going. Not the end of the world but it was very cold. It wouldn't dissuade me from staying here again.

Separate bedrooms and location.

Over priced for poor quality of room run down. Beds were worn down and hard as a rock. Extra blankets for pull out couch were as rough as sand paper. Dresser drawers didn’t work properly. Needs more of a variety for breakfast food. And last but least we had really noisy neighbors and mentioned it to the front desk a few times to ask if they could ask them to keep it down so at least our grand babies could sleep at night. Staff failed to do so….let’s say we did not get great sleep and we had cranky kids because of it. And when we left and mentioned the issue to the front desk staff they didn’t seem to care.

The breakfast was amazing and the workers were very nice! The pool was also amazing just like the room service! The area was quiet and calm!

Great location, plenty of shops and eateries in the area.

Front Desk Staff were personable and had local knowledge which they shared.

All good.
