Nothing, all was lovely

The breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Absolutely great breakfast. Had the same accommodations in Burlingame, CA earlier in the week. That hotel didn’t hold a candle to yours!!!

Clean, modern and safe. They accept pets.

Our truck was too tall for the parking structure and not much surface lot parking available.

very clean, modern, spacious, well laid out, the shower was wonderful, comfortable mattress, and nice dining area. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The pillows were not comfortable. Parking and access in and out of the hotel was a bit strange, driving through other hotel parking lots. A little interstate noise can be heard.

We love the location to this hotel. Parking is definitely a huge bonus! The rooms are spacious and nice.

We stayed here almost 2 years ago and when I say it was the most comfortable hotel stay we’ve ever had, I am not exaggerating. Room was spotless and I honestly feel as if that’s what makes or breaks a hotel; this last stay there was visible thick dust on the table lamp, toilet/shower not cleaned, chairs not cleaned. It makes you wonder about the cleanliness of everything else in the room such as the bed as well as the sheets/pillows, towels, and I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable walking around without shoes. My expectations for this hotel were really high considering our last stay and at $165 a night, I don’t see why cleanliness is not being prioritized here.

the pool was over crowded and when I called to ask for more blankets and pillows there was only one lady working that night and she never brought up what we asked for.

Breakfast staff was very friendly. They were a little short handed from their words, but as a guest you couldn’t tell. Staff had green wrist band for those of us who forgot it was St. Patrick’s day.

Worth going again, I loved the breakfast
