Nice, Quiet, Clean and a Great Place To Stay

We loved staying at this property! This home has more than enough for us to do instsad of venfuring out in the city in our downtime. Don't judge the area by the drive in. Our GPS took us through a rough neighborhood but once we arrived it was quite nice. Some of the pros- amazing heavyweight duvets (thin blankets also provided), working hot tub, game room with board games/foosball, propane grill with propane tanks, full kitchen, and quiet neighborhood. Some things for the owners to think about: The master bed on the main floor was VERY soft. Too soft for my husband to sleep on but there were plenty of other bed options. Maybe provide a laundry basket downstairs since the master and hot tub are downstairs with the washer/dryer upstairs. The tv in the living area was small and hard to watch from across the large room. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again!!

Had a great stay! The house was beautiful, and definitely the best location ever. So close and convenient to all the best sites. We had a great time, and the kids loved the hot tub and the gaming area.

This home was a great option for our family’s travel to Memphis. There was plenty of room for our extended family of 9, the home had everything we needed and was just as pictured on the website. The communication was great, quick responses with all questions and concerns. We are overall happy with our stay.

Was great for my friend and kids for zoo camp week. Close to shopping, zoo, other activities. House is cute and has everything you need and very clean. Love the hot tub. On a cul de sac so felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again

Having never visited Memphis before, we didn't really know what would be the best area in which to stay. Turns out, this is it! Cool place, quite spacious, with nice amenities and cute decor. Easy Uber ride to anywhere, but everywhere we wanted to go was under 10 minutes. I think this would be considered midtown. Neighbors were friendly. The shower in the downstairs suite is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

Our group of friends had a great time in Memphis. Neighbor was quiet with some friendly neighbors. House was great for group and hot tub at night was a fun time.

Just a short drive from Downtown Memphis, this new home is located on a quiet, dead-end street with easy access to everything on Poplar (groceries, restaurants, etc). The house is spacious and everything was very clean. The hot tub in the private backyard was great after some long days exploring Memphis and the surrounding area. We messaged the owners with a couple questions during our stay and received prompt responses. We would certainly book this property again!

Conveniently located midtown close to beautiful scenery and plenty things to do.

The house was wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire. We took pictures all around the home. Looking Rebooking the home.

The place is great. I only needed it to sleep in for a couple days due to its proximity to my sister’s home on Greer, but will certainly stay again and take advantage of how fun the place is.

I have stayed in a lot of these over the years and this one was one of the better ones. From the neighborhood, to great location to so many things, to price, privacy and amenities. It was very comfortable and cozy and the owners had great fast communication. I will definitely put this at the top of my list when I return to the area!!
