My recent stay at this accommodation left much to be desired, especially considering we had five guests. The lack of towels—just two bath towels and a single face towel—made basic hygiene a challenge. A scarcity of hot water meant only one person could shower comfortably, leaving the rest of us opting out. To add to the discomfort, one bed had what seemed like black dog hair, while the other contained a few stray fake eyelashes. Safety was also a concern, with a loose railing on the second floor resembling more of a garden fence than a secure barrier—unsafe for anyone, regardless of age. The furnishings were disappointingly low in quality, and the decor lacked taste—it felt like a random mix of mismatched furniture. I'm left wondering if Vrbo conducts any quality or safety checks on their listings. Regrettably, my choice of this location for my family has left me thoroughly embarrassed. I am looking forward to your response.

The house is very comfie, had all the amenities I needed, great sky viewing and location couldn't be anymore perfect for quiet evenings yet close to trails, Merrimac, and Baraboo. I would stay again.

Tight quarters but ample outdoor space to stretch your legs, walk the dogs, and enjoy Wisconsin. Never had been to Baraboo and can’t wait to come back. Lots to do, plenty of shopping, great drinks at driftless glen distillery. Loft space was pretty warm when we got there but after cranking the a.c. and using a small fan we brought it cooled down. Kids loved the game console!

Great location. Coffee maker and wifi not working. Host was responsive.

We spent the weekend doing all the fun stuff that the Dells, Baraboo, and Merrimac have to offer. This quaint rental was the perfect landing pad for us! The loft was awesome for the boys and they loved the video games. Kitchenette had everything we needed and the outdoor space was awesome. The caboose was an added bonus! We will be back for sure!

Stayed 3 nights for a family event. Place was close to the ferry yet in a quiet part of town. Beds were comfortable, air conditioner worked great and bath room well stocked with towels. Coffee pot and wifi weren’t working, and we advised owner who responded quickly. Small refrigerator to hold a few bottles, and some food; wouldn’t be adequate if you were cooking a full meal so keep a cooler handy. We had 5 adults and 1 teenager- it was cozy, yet met our needs. Would recommend this place and the host.

Spent the weekend with my daughter and her godmother. Accommodations were cozy and comfortable. Loved the deck! Electric grill was easy to use. Beds were very comfortable. However, the loft area stays very warm at night, a fan would have been nice. We were disappointed that the Wi-Fi/internet service was very inconsistent. We were only able to connect at odd hours for short periods of time. Also, the coffee maker did not work.
