We were pleased that the flat was as advertised and communication with the owners was great. We stayed 2 weeks and used the flat as a comfortable base for our Cornwall holiday. We highly recommend the flat.

The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable, you are very close to beach and town, we felt right at home!

A great place to stay for surfing and fun at the beaches of St Ives and close to all the lovely arty stuff too. Near to the harbour but just far enough away to be nice and quiet, with a view of the sea and sunsets in the evenings. The flat was clean, tidy, well equipped and the perfect size for a family of four.

We had a great time away. The property is delightful. The decor was amazing - clean and homely. The house was in really close proximity to the town, harbour and the beach which was amazing. Our only comment is the hills which are challenge for anyone with mobility issues.
We would have no hesitations recommending this property for a beautiful holiday in St Ives.

The quality of the decor, furniture and kitchen, brown and white goods were very high.
There was a small problem with the heating and the owner spent a considerable amount of time on the phone resolving it very satisfactorily.

Lots of places within walking distance, good expertise up and down the hill to the beach and only a short distance. We had a lovely time.

A spacious, well equipped and really comfortable flat with amazing sea views. The location was fabulous - a short walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants of St Ives and several beaches close by. The wonderful cliff paths were just minutes away and we enjoyed walking and running them many times and were even lucky enough to see some seals on our last morning! We had a brilliant week staying in St Ives in this lovely flat with everything we needed on our doorstep and we hope to return some time soon.

A well appointed apartment.The photos do not do the apartment justice, it's much larger and wider throughout. The apartment is spotlessly clean and just a short (steep) walk away from Porthmeor beach.
Will definitely book to go again. would recommend getting a parking spot outside in the car park if you can.
Only thing missing would have been an airer for wet suits and beach gear! Please note there is a dryer within the washing machine for clothes.

As long as you’re happy with a steep walk, and a couple of flights of stairs at the end of the walk, you’ll love this place. We’ve stayed for two years running and you cannot beat the view without being right by the sea. The area is quiet, there’s a car park opposite and the flat is decked out in high quality fittings and furniture. Viv and David have been a pleasure to deal with. We’ll certainly be back again.

The property is in a great location, overlooking Porthmor beach and 2 min walk to Fore St. Close enough to fetch fresh pastries and coffee for breakfast each day. The living/kitchen area is larger than it looks on the photos which is always a bonus.
My children loved the old school videos as they had never seen them😆

Thank you, an all round perfect stay, apartment great for our week in St Ives. Great central spot for the town and several beaches. Good size, very comfortable well maintained and clean, would happily recommend.

The flat was even better than we expected, light and spacious inside, very well equipped and with amazing views. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk down the steps to the beach. It was perfect for a family holiday with two children, everything we needed and more was there. It's a flat, so you can sometimes hear the neighbours if they play music etc in the evening, and this happened a few nights during our stay, but wasn't too much of an issue. Getting a parking space was a bit of a challenge on the first day (the garage was too small for our car), but once this was sorted we had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Good well appointed apartment with really good amenities. Great views over beach and close to beach, cafes and shops. At the top of a steep hill so challenging for those with poor mobility. Would recommend.

This is the perfect place to stay in a perfect location. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped and had everything needed for our stay.
The views across to the sea and cliffs beyond was amazing, even on the cloudy/rainy days.
There are many beaches to explore, the nearest being Porthmeor, which is just down a steep path. This was our favourite beach and wasn't too busy during our stay. Plenty of surf for bodyboarding and the odd flat day for a long swim.
There is a garage a short walk away, which we checked but unfortunately our car was too big. There is a carpark directly in front of the property, it gets really busy so if you can get a space, book it for the week and don't move the car!
Lots of lovely places to eat just a short walk away, our favourite being the Cellar Bistro.
Hope to re-book for next year.
