Attended the Marine Corps Ball. Reception room was beautiful & the Marines decorated the tables beautifully. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean.
Dinner was average, nothing special. There didn’t seem to be enough dressing or butter at the table. There also seemed to be quite a lag between first course and the main course, not sure if that was programming issue with the Marines or a kitchen issue.

Absolutely beautiful, Stunning! Pools were fun and had a splash pad for kids and adult infinity edge pool on the top floor, drinks at the bar in the lobby were so good, everyone was so nice and accommodating, from the second we arrived we were welcomed,I want to go back already! PGA Omni frisco is one of the best resorts ive been too!

The pillows and sheets smell like mildew and the towels were not all clean. The staff was friendly and nice but the gave us sheets and pillows to replace the dirty ones but we were not told there was no staff to change the sheets.

This is a beautiful, clean resort. Nicely decorated and friendly staff. The beds and linens are so comfortable. The hotel is quiet and the building is made solid, cant hear yourself walking across the room. Had the balcony with a beautiful sunset view. Everything 5 star about this hotel. We went for my husband's birthday and he had the greatest time. Become a member so you can earn rewards for your stay!

Top notch! We didn't like our original room because it was too small and not a great view Joe the manager upgraded our room for free. Liston the bellman was super accommodating and arranged champagne and treats for me to celebrate my husbands birthday ..

A girls’ weekend to Deep Ellum in Dallas for a concert left us fearing for our safety. In an anxious panic we ended up at the Omni for a last minute booking, completely abandoning the concert and original hotel. What a wonderful experience to feel so welcomed into a luxurious hotel with beautiful amenities and kind employees. The front desk concierge, Nicholas, gave us peace of mind for our stay at the Omni. We had a fantastic view of the drone show from our room and delicious coffee with a drink voucher received at check in. The cleanliness of the resort exceeded expectations and I definitely felt like my stay wasn’t long enough. I will absolutely be staying at the Omni PGA Resort again.

My third visit!! Love the dining options. Would like for it to be easier to rent bays for top golf experience. Loved the drone show. This is the best spa I've been to in the metroplex!! Wish the adult pool was bigger.

The pool opens late and closes early and could be expanded when the hotel expands - lazy river and zero entry. Otherwise loved the hotel. There is alot of area around the hotel that could be landscaped and expanded.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable spaces, beautiful lobby and lounge area, great shopping, decent restaurants but nothing elevated, pool and pool service, food, drinks were perfect and it was a holiday! Staff should be better informed about hotel activities. Staff shouldn’t promise services they can’t deliver on (like rollaways). It took 6 hours and three phone calls to get extra towels and a robe. Our room looked clean at check-in, but we found items from the previous guest on the bed frame and in the drawers.

Every single person at the Omni was beyond professional, genuinely so nice, friendly, and accommodating! Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and a very relaxing ambiance.
We loved all the kids activities throughout the day! The pool was so relaxing, the food at all the site restaurants were delicious, not to mention my happy drinks were on point! My hubby and son enjoyed a round of golf while my youngest son and I enjoyed a pool day! The drone show was a plus for us! the 3 days we stayed were beyond amazing! Thank you!

We were very disappointed with our stay. We got a basement room, which was dark, overlooking a service road. Wait time for breakfast was one hour and 45 minutes. Went to golf course grill instead where there was no wait, but food took more than 30 minutes to arrive. At checkout, we notified staff of this and they did comp our breakfast and offered a discount for a future stay.

What we liked: location (close to family for us); super comfortable room; grounds for walking; friendly staff; best espresso martini I have ever had
What we did not like so much: hotel was over crowded; very long wait time to get a drink and then they were out of what they had listed on the menu; children running through the bar; disappointing dinner at the nice restaurant; and one night over charged for valet parking that I have given up on trying to correct. We ended up spending much less time at the hotel than we had planned because it was so crowded.
