Just as we expected.

Five senior adults stayed two nights in Fort Smith. Very nice accommodations. We appreciated the comfortable beds. Near lots of shopping and restaurants. The fact that all TVs in the property used the same remote was a plus. We've stayed other places where each TV required a different set of instructions. Not good for us seniors! Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The place was just what we needed. My grandson was able to crawl and walk around in the house and in the yard.
We had see in the listing a hot tub and playground which were not there.

We were in town for the weekend for our girl’s dance competition. This house accommodated my family, 2 friends and our children wonderfully, lots of room, extremely clean, and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood, it was everything we needed. Wonderful host, quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

We enjoyed our stay. This unit was the best we have ever stayed in! The host had thought of
everything, plus comfortable furniture, beds, back yard furniture , convenient to stores and restaurants yet tucked in a beautiful, quiet
neighborhood. We would 100% stay here if we ever go back to Fort Smith

The house is lovely and well decorated. We were down for the eclipse and getting to totality was easy. The neighborhood is quiet and the fenced backyard was great for the kids. The four bedrooms were perfect for our group. Would definitely stay again. Chaney was great! We ended up with a power outage and he texted to let us know it wasn't just us.

So cute and very clean. Hosts gave timely and thorough information and responses which gave us confidence to relax and focus our attention on our 95 year old (great) grandmother. Would definitely stay again and reccommend to friends and family.

We loved the home. Good neighborhood, and close to places to shop and restaurants. Also enjoyed the museums. Plenty of room in the home,and beautiful back yard to sit and relax. Wiuld love to come back,in the future.

great place, only problem was not enough kitchen tools & accessories for cooking for a group.

I've booked many many times in Fort Smith, this is by far the nicest property I've booked. It's aesthetically very pretty, and it has all the luxuries and conveniences we needed for all of us, from the baby, to my elderly parents. We will be back!

The property is beautiful. It is in a perfect location to go to different areas. We were a group of 3 women and although we were not home during the day staying at the house at night was wonderful, perfect hosts … perfect place

Our family spent the weekend @ The Nest for a nephew’s wedding. The house was exactly as described & hosts were very attentive. We had no issues with the property and had a wonderful stay in Fort Smith!

From the hunt for a property to the (sadly) drive-away, everything was exceptional. Charming property; no amenity was overlooked. Communication was easy - every question answered within minutes. Had a great visit with family, and a really happy place to escape to. We’ll be back!
