Comfortable, high quality accomodations in a very nice neighborhood!

We were in town assisting a loved one at Frye Regional and we could not have chosen a better lodging. The inn is located a short distance from the hospital and the accommodations were just what we needed. The inn was exactly as described (and very, very clean)…but was MUCH more than what was described regarding the attentiveness of the host. Our host responded almost immediately to every changing request that we had (we needed to keep adding days to our stay). She was sensitive to our situation and not only added days, but made sure that we didn’t have have to change rooms during those days. We stayed in a 2-bedroom on the first floor that had one dark and quiet bedroom that enabled us to sleep especially well. The inn is also located close to many restaurant options. We can highly recommend!

We fell in love with this property. Great decor, loved the interior & exterior. So comfortable & just a fun place to spend a few days in Hickory. We will be back very soon.

It is an excellent stay! Would for sure come back and stay longer to see the sites after I get my work done. It would of been nice to use more if the amenities that were available.

Very clean and cozy place in downtown.

Every little detail you can imagine was covered. Had one small problem with TV. Owner was quick to respond and he took care of it himself. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay and intend to rent it again.

This was a gem! Beautifully decorated and immaculate! I only wish it hadn't rained so I could have enjoyed relaxing at the pool. Next time, for sure! Highly recommend!!!

The Lounge was spacious, private and beautifully appointed inside and out. Our host was responsive and helpful. We highly recommend the Downtown Hickory Lounge.

From the ease of locale to shops and dining to the friendliness of the owners it is a must stay. Did not have any “vacation anxiety” as the neighborhood is historic and peaceful. The garden and birds made you feel like you were at a cottage far from a city. Would go again for sure.

The studio is wonderfully decorated and feels like a slice of Miami Beach! The weather cooperated early in our stay, allowing me to sit by the pool, a beautiful and comfortable patio space with both sunny and shady areas and water features that add to the relaxation equation. Maybe a 15 minute walk to restaurants, shops, bars in the downtown Hickory area. Would stay again for sure!

Stayed here for a trip to Rock Barn Spa about 30 minutes away. Wanted a place close to downtown Hickory area in walking distance to restaurants. Owners have converted a portion of their garage to a suite as well as a separate workout/game room which you have exclusive access to while staying with them. They also have a pool and spa that would have been awesome had the weather been nicer during our stay. They have done a great job with the conversion and the accommodations are cozy and decorated well including a comfortable mattress and kitchenette. Will stay with them again if traveling back to the area.

This place is quaint and beautiful. Check-in was so simple and communication was amazing. The location is convenient and listening to the pool spill over was so relaxing. This cute space also has the most amazingly comfortable bed! Highly recommend and will use again for guests.
