The hotel was clean.The staff is friendly and nice. The breakfast was hot breakfast. I love the pancake maker.

The only thing negative I have to say is that cleaning people only came once during the time of my stay. Like most places I've stayed at, housekeeping would come every day to let me know if I needed anything. Especially taking the trash from my room. Other than that, it was 5 stars stay.

I became too sick to travel. My hotel room was non refundable so I held on to it in the off chance I recovered enough to go. Well, what an extremely nice surprise to get a call from Athan at the front desk when I didn’t check in. He called to see if I was ok. When I said I was too sick to travel he expressed genuine concern. My friends who were at the hotel said he asked about my health the next day. When I was feeling so sick and feeling sorry for myself because I wasn’t with my friends, his call was heartwarming. I’ll definitely make a reservation there again.

Me and my friends booked this room when we walked in they gave us a room that was not ready and claimed it was marked clean then had us wait 15 minutes for it to be cleaned which isn’t enough time for a room to be freshly cleaned . We were also told that there was no other rooms they could give us and then we were moved to a different one which it still wasn’t clean because we found food from the previous people in the fridge.

This was a great place for the money. Very clean and staff always available. Safe place to say and only a short drive to the rehoboth beach and could walk to some of the outlet stores. Staff was friendly. Would stay in again

Clean and modern. Short drive to the Park and Ride that we used to travel in and out of downtown/the beach to avoid having to find parking and pay hourly rates. The bus was $4 for all day/unlimited rides.

Every team member had excellent customer service! The entire hotel was very clean, WiFi was easy and shopping, good restaurants and the beach were so convenient. Thank you to the staff for making my stay great!

Hotel is newer. Rooms are small and good for 2-3 nights but not longer. No closet or space to unpack.No iron in room.Breakfast is exactly the same every day with small selection offered. Great location but overall I think it’s overpriced. Front desk staff vas very polite.

The staff was very friendly & room was very neat and clean.
The main problem we had was that rooms have hardwood floors. Early in the morning, the guests above us were getting ready to leave and were constantly moving their roller board luggage around. The rumbling sound went on for over an hour and made it impossible to sleep. The insulation between floor is not very good. Perhaps installing indoor / outdoor carpeting in room walkways would solve this problem.

Overall, the property was in a great location and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was convenient. The floor in our room, however was very dirty and hadn't been mopped for a long time. I spilled a drop of water on the floor and my napkin was black after I wiped it up. Also, I didn't expect the towels to be exchanged or the bed to be made during the day, but I stay in many hotels and someone always comes in to empty the trash. Unfortunately this did not happen here. I expected more for $350/night.

Got there on Sunday and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. We used the body soap from the shower the first two days. On Tuesday around noon my mom called the front desk to ask for more towels and soap, they said they’d send them up. I also texted the number I had got when I checked in, that was supposed to get me assistance if I needed anything. More than 3 hours later we hadn’t heard from anyone or received anything. I sent another text and about an hour later someone texted back that they were busy at the front desk but would be up as soon as they could….terrible service.

Staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating. My wife and I happily celebrated our 10 year anniversary by staying here. Room was clean and well kept. Will be booking with this hotel again.

They should use sound proofing in construction. The hotel looks like it was designed without any privacy concerns in mind. The noise from the room above indicated a very poor acoustic design and transmitted as much noise as a wood framed structure.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked one room with 1 King size bed and the room was not big enough for the two of us. The place is clean, but the room was tiny, noisy, and had no closet. The A/C unit is very loud, and we could hear the people in the next room, so we didn't get good sleep.
My husband and I aren't big eaters, but I have to say there wasn't much food at breakfast.

The shower door looked like it had been broken so they replaced it with a curtain but the water from the shower for 3 people caused a big mess on the floor. Also, we asked for a checkout at noon because we had somewhere to go and wanted to use the pool and then shower. The pool hours are listed at either 8 or 9 but when we got down there at 9:45 a guy cleaning the pool said we couldn’t come in and it would be another 40 minutes. This defeated the reason for wanting to stay. Not much they can do about that I suppose but please note the front staff was overly nice and extremely helpful!

The property was very conveniently located and the staff was very nice and helpful. The first room we were given looked like housekeeping remade the bed and that was it. The bathroom and other surfaces were visibly dirty. I asked for another room and the second room was much cleaner.

The Microtel Inn was perfect. I will be returning. It was quiet and restful. It was so easy to use Park and ride to the beach. I also enjoyed shopping at the Tanger Outlets. I have been recommending this economical short vacay to all of my friends.

We paid 50.00 to check in early …but the room wasn’t even cleaned ….they gave us an upgraded room,,,,this happened around 1:40 2:00 ….we went into the upgraded room ….went back down stairs because there were no bath towels…they said they would bring up to us …. We left aro 3:00 came back and still no bath towels
