I booked a concert with two friends at the Chandler Arts Center & booked this house for 3 nights. It was perfection! Walking distance from the venue and all the yummy restaurants. The house is spacious and laid out beautifully. The rooms were spaced out and comfortable. The yard was nice and big and we spent multiple days in the great pool. The kitchen was well stocked and big for cooking, snacking and socializing. AC worked well. Lots of room for bigger groups and luxurious for our group of 3! I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Arizona.
Host was responsive and gracious, as well! Smooth check in and check out.

We enjoyed our vacation very much. The pool was wonderful, and the house is very spacious and convenient. Our son who is in a wheelchair was able to easily move around and the front bathroom shower was perfect for him.

The house perfectly suited our family. We were there for our grandson's wedding. The house was in close proximity to everything we needed to do.
The house was clean when we arrived and the host was easy to communicate with. The pool was nice. The location of bedrooms worked out perfect and large living areas made it easy to have other family members over while we were in town.
We would definitely stay again!!!

We rented this property for the 4th of July weekend and absolutely loved it. My son's loved the playground and pool, and I loved that the pool was fenced in with little ones. Amazing home!!! We didn't want to leave! Would definitely rent again!

We went to chandler for a wedding and decided to rent a house instead of a hotel. What a great decision. the family had plenty of space and enjoyed lots of time by the pool.
and when it came time to go out, everything could be found in under 10min drive. Plenty of stuff in walking distance, but it was a hot end of June for us to do that.
We would definitely look it up next time we want to rent in the area

The house was spotless when we arrived. The pool was beautiful and used it a lot. House was very comfortable, close to downtown. The manual for the house was very detailed which helped a lot in how to operate things around there. Great check out list. I would highly recommend it. Megan at VRBO was right on the ball answering any questions we had. She got back with our emails very quickly.

Had a surprise family gather for my wife, our kids and family all under one roof and in the pool was great. The house was probably better than advertised. Great layout for gatherings, big open rooms, pool and fabulous outdoor space. Two to three blocks from downtown Chandler so definitely a nice walk to great restaurants and breweries. My wife fell in love, but when it’s still snowing in way late April at home and in the 80’s with a great pool, it’s hard not too. We did not watch much TV, but every room had a big nice TV’s if you want them. Kitchen was well appointed, but the big island was the best part to all hang around. I am sure we will be back.

This house was beautiful, cozy and very well maintained. The separation of bedrooms and bathrooms was nice for privacy. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with my kids and grandchildren for my 60th. Will definitely recommend and stay again!!

Comfortable accommodations for multiple couples or a large family. Great entertaining kitchen; however, it lacked basic kitchen and cleaning supplies. Pool and yard were great.

Although this house is in a bit of a run down neighborhood. The inside wipes that completely out of sight/thought. There is SO much family space. Internet wasn't the best but it all worked out. Only thing I wish is that there was a TV in the front Master Bedroom. Otherwise, this house is a dream, with great flow and lots of space. The yard is kid friendly and my grandkids had a blast!
I would definitely stay here again.

Stay at the property to visit family over Thanksgiving. The place was great! Everyone enjoyed the spacious layout. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and playground. Recommend highly!!!

We were in the Phoenix area for a family wedding and our group included children, parents, and a grandparent. The house was perfect for our group. It was clean, as well as extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The outdoor area and pool were great for both the adults and the kids. The rental company was communicative and extremely easy to work with. I would rent this place again without hesitation if we are in the Phoenix/Chandler area.

Overall we had a fantastic stay. This location is really close to downtown Chandler which was great for our family as we like to experience different places to eat, shopping and entertainment. We also enjoyed the flow of the home.If you wanted to come together as a large group you could and if you needed some space to get some down time you could do that as well. The pool area was beautiful with water feature and lights, just wish it had more seating options as there was 8 of us and only 4 chairs. Would stay here again!

We had 4 adults and 3 kids in the house and all had plenty of room to spread out.
The kitchen is beautiful and the kids loved the back yard!
If we need a rental in the area we will definitely rent this house again.
The only thing I wish we would of known ahead of time, is the pool could be heated. We later found out if we would of asked prior to our stay that would of been accommodated. I would also ask for more bath towels. We had to wash the few we were each given a few times while we were there.
With all of that said, this is one of the nicest vrbo’s we’ve rented!
