Our room was clean. I thought the breakfast would be the same as our hotel stay the night before since it was also a Quality Inn and Suites (but in a different city), but this did not have as much variety.

Great room, comfortable and clean. One critic, the couch is horribly uncomfortable. Other than that all was good.

The place was clean quiet the only thing was that the shower handle on the shower head was hanging with a wire and water was spraying every where soacking the bathroom floor.

Excellent staff

I liked the property. It looked neat and clean from the outside. Pretty clean inside except floor was dirty. Didn’t feel good on bare feet. But you could bring your slippers!

It was good

Rooms had stains on the ceilings and walls. I say rooms because I had to get another room due an ant problem with my original room. I had not carried in any food, however upon returning to my room there were ants in multiple places.

Phone line didnt work and called number and was disconnected. Checking in staff was rude when checking in

The room was dirty and rundown. T The worst part was the internet barely worked if at all and the TV didn't work so you were just left to stare at the walls and when I said anything they just said oh well, it's satellite and I guess it's out. So, not great customer service

It is the 1st time that we stayed on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Stairs leading to the upstairs were dirty, not vacuumed. 2 people bedroom only one sink in the bathroom. One set of shampoo, conditioner for 2 people. Otherwise, the bed was very lumpy in room 216 by the window. I usually have no complaints so I am sure these little problems will be taken care of at my next visit. Staff very kind and helpful.

Reasonable cost for area

Nice room, very clean. Only annoyance was Lou’s workers in the hall all day talking really loud. Wish they had a pool.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When I walked up to the check-in desk, there was a frustrated employee talking to another employee. She looked at me, did not acknowledge me, then finished her conversation. When she was done, she asked me if I was checking in, and when I said yes, her reply was "Oh." Again no acknowledgment of what had just transpired. She checked me in and proceeded to wipe her sweaty face with a washcloth. I'm not sure if she was sick, or on drugs. She seemed to be breaking out in a rash. She then told me my room was on the second floor and there was no elevator)(?!). I needed to walk the long way down the hall because the light on the outside of the building with closer access was out and needed to be repaired. The carpets in the stairwell were dirty and didn't look like housekeeping ever vacuumed them. The halls smelt of popcorn and hot dogs. You can hear every conversation and TV show as you pass each room. My room was a connecting room and I could clearly hear the entire conversation and TV of the room next door. Once the old man went to sleep I could hear his snoring. I sleep with ear plugs, so I wasn't too concerned. I was awoken at 6:30 am by this couple next door speaking on their phone on speakerphone to someone and watching the news. It was so loud I could not believe this hotel is still in business. There is mold and water damage in the ceiling hallway. The complimentary breakfast was descent - better than many others.

The room was clean but the hallway and corridors were pretty dirty overall it was good you get what you pay for

Room was recently renovated, clean and very comfortable beds. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from check-in to helping with the key card usage. Provided a wonderful and convenient breakfast.

Was pretty clean and the room was spacious. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, though. Breakfast was fine and the staff was friendly. Probably wouldn’t stay there again because of the uncomfortable bed.

Okay place to stay for 2 nights in Santa Rosa. I had no issues with the hotel but would probably choose a hotel in a better location next time.
