Radisson Pinheiros is a very nice, modern hotel with great facilities. The room was very clean and in good shape, quality shampoos, body lotions etc. were available and the view from the room was good. The breakfast was really great as well. The staff was very helpful at all times and the internet also worked well. Pinheiros is a nice area with a lot of cafes and other services nearby. If you happen to be there on a Saturday, go to the Praça Benedito Calixto’s antiques market! Nothing bad to say about the hotel, can highly recommend! ☺️

Good safe location

Overall a great hotel in an amazing area of São Paulo. Super walkable to many gourmet restaurants and shopping. The only small issue with our stay was that the air conditioning was making a very loud sound whenever it was turned on, which was unpleasant for sleeping. However, we informed the hotel and they will most likely fix this for next guests.

Great location, staff was so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit and artisional breads, lots of selection. We would stay here again.

The room was kind of small and the bed could be more confortable . Its surroundings is not good . The people from the front desk were very king instead

Great location and friendly staff

The hotel was nice, room was clean and comfortable although slightly smaller than what I thought. The hotel is centrally located, you’ll need to take Uber/taxi to most tourist attractions but they’re all 5 to 10 minute rides. Area is very safe, you can walk around and there are a few good restaurants and bars within a 5 to 10min walk.

We arrived to stay 2 nights and after the first night the mattress was so hard that I preferred to sleep on the floor. They are mattresses are made of high density foam. Awful! It was a lousy sleeping experience. We had to change hotels.
