Newly renovated building. All done to a very high standard. Spacious and comfortable apartment with high end appliances in the kitchen and bathroom fittings. Location was very convenient and parking was easy, safe and relatively cheap. Hosts provided tea, coffee and milk as well as a lovely pack of cookies, which was a nice touch. Great stay. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Providing a headboard would improve comfort in the bedroom. Perhaps soft furnishings at the windows might make the large space a little cosier particularly on colder evenings. Neither of these are a criticism, merely a suggested improvement.

The apartment was so beautifully decorated and really comfortable, we didn’t want to leave! The hosts made us feel really welcome and we had everything we needed. The location was great, right in the centre of Lytham St Anne’s, near to shops and restaurants but it was quiet and peaceful too.

We loved the layout of the apartment. It was bright and tastefully decorated with top quality furniture and fittings. Our host Dale was really helpful and enabled us to check in earlier as we had arrived sooner than expected. Excellent location, can't recommend it highly enough.

Location for this apartment was excellent for the local restaurants, shops and the sea.

It could be a struggle for some people climbing the stairs. But think of the positive - good exercise.

Just a fabulous apartment. Beautiful decor, clean and spacious. Door coded entry, was met on arrival and shown round. Great big smart TV with all the usual streaming services, lovely open plan kitchen, dining & lounge area. Excellently large shower and large separate bath, underfloor heating in bathroom if wanted. Very comfortable bed, quiet bedroom, peaceful and clean. Step out of front door and all the attractions of Lytham are right there in front of you, you are 5 mins walk from the station, 1 minute to bus stops. All round it's a superb place to say if visiting.
