3 siblings plus spouses enjoyed the stay. Property very clean and as described!

Stayed a couple of nights. House was extremely clean and comfortable. Exactly as depicted in the VRBO description and photos. Beautiful home in a quiet safe neighborhood. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great location. It was nice to have four bedrooms. The kitchen could use a few more plates and drinking glasses. If you like to hike, the trail starts right outside the door.The house was very clean. Very good rental.

Security door hard to open—directions for tv in living room said to use Samsung app but couldn’t find it so restricted to access many channels

We very much enjoyed this clean, comfortable and spacious home. The neighborhood is lovely with a very convenient walking path just across the street that leads to parks and a nearby coffee shop. We also appreciated the fact that the host provided so much information about local attractions and amenities, we will have to stay again to further explore all Phoenix has to offer!

This was definitely a home away from home. The area was nice and the home was well stocked to make our stay easy and relaxing. Communication with the host both before and after was clear and timely. Would defintely stay here again...much nicer, and more convenient than a hotel.

We appreciated how accommodating the host was, especially last minute. The house fit our large family nicely and was in a great neighborhood.

Property was awesome! Great neighborhood, real close to food/shopping. A couple of friends and I were in town working a wedding nearby and this was a great comfortable location for our stay. Plenty of space, clean, and cozy. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us!

Great place, wonderful home and great hospitality. My stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Enjoyed the backyard with tub and the home is well equipped with all the amenities such as cable tv , high speed internet . The neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful. Amazing backyard experience with temperature controlled TUB in the corner set home, not only gave us privacy but the relaxation that we were looking for. Very bad experience living in this house. 1. There is no access to the car garage and you have to keep your car in the driveway. 2. The house has mosquitoes all over the place...kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Even after I slept with Fan on, I has mosquitoes around my ears the whole night. 3. Microwave was smelling like fish. 4. The toilet had pee marks on it. 5. The shower has an eyes lens of who lived before or something. 6. The bathtub had hairs all over it. 7. The house had so many tapes on the walls. 8. The shower has wallpaper inside which were all shabby. 9. There was no salt, no sugar, and no tea bags as you would expect from any vrbo home. 10. Looks like furniture is all bought from some second-hand store just to put a tick mark on the list of things in the house. 11. The dining chairs were all torn off. 12. The master bedroom bed was too old for getting a peaceful sleep. 13. Last but not least, be careful entering the house, there is a big lizard who lives just on the tree next to the door, who typically jumps off as soon as you try to enter the house. Luckily it was always the other side she jumped on and not on me.

A beautiful, quiet and relaxing place in the north west valley (of Phoenix) you will definitely enjoy with your family. Hot tub in a nice backyard added a new dimension to our stay. I would highly recommend such a lovely place for medium to long term stay so that you could explore beautiful surroundings.

A great home base to explore the Peoria/Glendale/Phoenix area, this home has a nicely xeriscaped front yard and plenty of large windows so you can enjoy the lovely Arizona landscape. We found the 4 bedrooms with their abundance of shelves to be a good size for our party. (The morning sun in the master bathroom was so golden and beautiful - it made me glad to be awake and in AZ!) The house had a strong odor of mothballs, along with air fresheners and scented oils, which our family found very overwhelming. The open kitchen and dining room area was easy to use, and the large kitchen island was very handy for setting our food on for access and prep. It is very thoughtful to have a stroller in the front closet! The house is located about 20 min from Lake Pleasant Regional Park, which is definitely worth a visit. We found the Roadrunner trail out to a sometimes-island (depending on water level) to be a winner with everyone including the younger kids. The Pipeline Canyon trail was enjoyed more by the older crew. I think there are local trails from the subdivision up through the Westwing Mountain Preserve as well.

Sanjay was flexible and understanding in extending our stay. His understanding and willingness to work with me did not add to the stress level of closing on a new house.
