I reached the hotel and showed my booking details. They said there are no rooms available. I asked them then what is the point of booking? The the reception guy started looking at the computer in front of him. I thought he is checking. After 5min of wait, I asked again. He said, I already told you that rooms are not available. That was my experience. So if you want to experience the same, go ahead and book.

they ask for more money upon arrival. felt like a scam and booking.com goes along with this. so it’s better to skip this place.

When we reached the location i was told no rooms available. The guy at property didnt have any alternative options too. We were kind of lost. Tried to contact booking.com customer care and no one picked. This WILL be the last time i will be using booking.com and will pass on this feedback to my friends too.
