Common areas need a refurbish, not much clean neither. But room was refurbished

What a fabulous hotel! The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful, the pool fantastic and the food delicious.

The beach at the hotel is right next to a shipping yard so we chose to drive to the nicer beach in town

breakfast needs to be improved- the quality of the dishes can be better, the diversity also...

It was in a quiet location, 5 mins from Baja Sardinia and 12 mins from Porto Cervo. You can get around by bus, but having a car meant we could explore more of the Island. The property is a resort designed with lots of activities planned. Kayaks were included which was great! Room was new and clean. The food was expensive. We found it better to drive and get takeaway.

Hard to communicate. It wasn’t very international. We couldn’t really join in. We didn’t like having to wear caps in the pool.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist us.

rooms were lovely, staff were very friendly, we don’t speak Italian and they still made an effort to speak to us and invite to the games/entertainment. Beach onsite was nice.

we were grateful to have our car and be able to go to different beaches. It took about 30mins to walk into town.

Friendly helpful staff. Very good value food at their restaurant, and plenty of food and great selection for breakfast. Rooms very comfortable. Easy parking outside of hotel.

Breakfast was horrible every part of it even the coffee it was free so I guess you get what you pay for. Lunch was edible yet quite expensive. Rooms were sparse but air-conditioning worked and it was super hot. The pool was interesting salt water not completely filled but usable.

the poor cleaning of common areas (excrements of dogs left for days) the majority of services was not for free lack of laundry

The rooms are better than the photos. Property has a their private beach with benches and umbrellas to sit and relax. The staff is very polite and nice and although some of them didn’t speak English, we communicated well enough with google translate. Location wise, Baja Sardinia is close by and if you have a car, all the beaches in Costa Esmeralda are close by. In addition, they have sofas in front of every room and provided drying racks for rooms.

One thing that the hotel could improve is regarding the toiletries. They provided shampoo and soap bar which is very basic. It would have been nice if they provided shower gel instead of soap ( less wastage) and conditioner for hair as people are more likely to wash hair after going to beaches.

Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was horrible.

The room was super small, old-fashioned and almost dirty. We saw that the hotel also has nicer rooms, but we got this ugly room on the ground floor. Every morning we woke up to the sound of a trolley being pushed next to our room. You cannot rest in this hotel. We were deeply disappointed.

we arrived to porto cervo area in the evening and needed a place for 1 night. this hotel was good value for money. it has a free parking, very big room and breakfast included. I would recommend this hotel for families with kids but not for couples.

the facilities are old but in reasonable condition. simple breakfast.

The room was in a separate building and completely Sorrentino from what is shown in the hotel presentation. Overpaid for a poor hotel.
