Steps away from the train that will either take you to the airport or to Central Station. The area has many grocery stores and other shopping, and is very walkable. The rooms have pretty much everything you’d need, and I barely heard anyone else while there.

Simple and safe place for a traveller (s) who do not need the service of a 4-5 star hotel. Different size of studios, close to the Malmi railway-station-local train connection to and from the Airport and Helsinki city centre. Affordable price, self service reception. My favorite place to overnight during to my office days in Helsinki.

Room was neat and clean. People clean the room every other day which is okay for me. I have everything I need there, pots and pans, an electric stove, microwave, good size fridge and another kitchen on first floor. Takes 15 minutes to the city center by train. Office staff only during 9-5 working hours, but everything online so that is still convenient.

Conveniently located close to a train station to reach Helsinki, bicycles available on the same day upon availability, the reception is not open 24/7 and the access by night is through your room card. The check-in is all on a screen outside.
At the reception, there's a nice area with couches, tables, billard, TV/media room, coworking spaces and a shared kitchen available. In the basement, you can find the gym open 24/7, a laundry room, and a spa (limited hours 🍃).
The room was quite large and fit for long stays, with a washing machine, a furnished kitchen and dining area. For other occasional needs (hairdryer), there is a closet locked with the key card avaailable by the elevator on each floor !

Cleaning could be improved - the bathroom shower stall was full of previous guests’ hair that wasn’t cleaned properly. Some items in the kitchen were not cleaned by previous owner and missed. The bed- although listed as a queen- was actually two singles pushed together. Not usually an issue except they kept sliding apart with the mattress drooping and falling in the middle

We chose Noli because of its proximity to the airport for an extended lay over. ( 15 mins by car).
The building is very new, and the spaces have been thoughtfully designed. The room was very comfortable. We did not cook there but it had the basics. The common facilities are a great concept if you are planning a longer stay.

Noli Malmi was absolutely fantastic, we didn’t realise when we booked but it is right by the train station and there are loads of buses and transport routes. The property was lovely and clean with so many facilities, the sauna in particular was amazing. Would definitely come back

It is conveniently located near the train and with restaurants, cafes, grocery store, and shops nearby. The studio apartments are clean, well laid out with a full kitchen for cooking. Check-in is automated when the reception is open or not. Make sure you get your PIN for late check-in with a quick email to the property.

Just slept there and bed, ac, and room were nice. There was lots of facilities, like gym and sauna but I didn't use them so can't say anything about them

I only stayed for 5 days, but enjoyed most facilities at Noli Malm. Want to stay again at Noli studio when back to Finland!

There were no spoon, fork or knives in the room, had to buy wooden ones from the supermarket. This would have been nice to know in advance. Otherwise fine, even got wine glasses in the room👌
The room I got might have been empty for a while, or cleaning has been sloppy, since there were quite a lot of dust in the room. But basic clean and the bed was good.

Great value for money! Only reason for not giving 5 rating was bed was not big enough for two adults. Also room was too warm. We couldn't lower the temperature and had to keep a window open.

Great location right next to Malmi railway station - easy to reach both from the airport and the central train station. Some dust here and there but generally clean and comfortable. Pet friendly: my cat loved the room, too :)

They didn't want to clean my room because it was too dirty but I did it myself in 5mins.
Got robbed and beaten outside the hotel but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

This hotel is located in a prime location. The train station is literally across the street and it’s only about 15 minutes away from downtown Helsinki. Checkin was super easy, just follow the instructions. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. There’s a laundry room available for free and detergents are provided. It’s overall a 10/10 experience.

Everything about Noli was excellent. The building is modern, clean, bright, and high-tech. The rooms are in excellent condition and extremely clean. And the check-in and check-out processes were extremely easy. In addition, the location for Noli's Malmi branch is great, as it's only 25 minutes to the airport by train and 15 minutes to the centre. Overall, a great experience.

Very easy to come and go because of the location. Everything worked as you would expect. Were able to make great cinnamon buns in the apartment, so that was something not many other hotel can compete with. Would recommend to try this.

We enjoyed very much our stay at the Noli . Easy self check in. We appreciated the very clean comfortable and super well furnished studio. Excellent bed but too small comforter for two people …quiet and good phonic insulation . The possibility to use working and playing rooms . The Sauna and the gym . The Malmi train station at the door and the Palo restaurant .

Cute, clean room with lots of amenities. Love the shared laundry room! Parking is very minimal, but the host was super friendly and helpful.

This hotel had self-checkin and no obvious host on duty but a security guard was present. The room was super clean and quiet, everything felt new. Heated bathroom floor. Close to Malmi train station (in transit zone B). Kitchenette and washing machine were great bonuses. Pleasant place to stay while exploring Helsinki.

Great location near train Station and 15 minutes to the city. Clean and big studio in area with restaurants and supermarket. Main area with snooker, working rooms, equiped dining room and coffee machine for 1,5€.
For me was the air condition in the room big problem, because cannot be switched off.
