The location was good, next to Glattbrugg train and tram stations, and in my case close to the office; some convenience stores around. Also service was very good, and definitely value for money. Room was small but clean and comfortable.

The building doesn’t look very nice, a bit dirty, actually. Not a very welcoming place in my opinion.

The host can be a it more flexible and not to ask for money every time guest asks for help

The host charged alot of money for the cat park yet someone else used my parking. I had to go through alot of headaches to sort it out

Everything about this place was perfect 👌 Best was its close proximity to the station. Within its own backyard. The reception and restaurant is on the 7th floor and the decor and service is v good. They have an option of keeping your luggage post check out.

Las habitaciones estaban muy bien

A la hora de coger el parking estuvimos dos horas, puesto que nos dieron una plaza que había ocupado otro coche, protestamos y nos dieron otra plaza, y también estaba ocupada, volvimos a protestar y nos dieron otra plaza y..... Tambien estaba ocupada.... Había que ponerse en contacto con atención al cliente por teléfono y luego por mail. Total dos horas para poder dejar el coche en el parking.

Relación calidad precio no he encontrado nada mejor en Zurich. Las habitaciones están muy bien. Tienes de todo en un espacio reducido. Hasta puedes cagar mirando hacia la calle, a través de la ducha. Eso sí, hay que hacer una buena sentadilla en tan reducido espacio. Tal vez debería ser advertido que hay que tener un poco de entrenamiento previo en el gimnasio. No he tenido problemas de ruido como otras opiniones remarcan. Tal vez debido a que mi habitación daba al otro lado de las vías del tren. En general, para pocos días, está muy bien. Por cierto, si quieres cargar tu móvil a través de la conexión USB, asegúrate de dejar encendida la luz de detrás de la cama o te darás cuenta de que te marchas con él igual de descargado.

La información es escasa, no hay nadie en recepción a la entrada. Aunque sinceramente todo es muy intuitivo. Eso sí, las camas para mi gusto, demasiado duras. Si te gusta dormir en una tabla de planchar, este puede ser tu hotel preferido. Por contrapartida, las almohadas eran demasiado suaves. Imagino además que algún graciosillo le sacó el cable de red a la tele, alomejor le hacia falta en casa, pero no pude disfrutar de ese servicio. Tampoco fue un problema para mi, ni me quejé de ello. Iba por trabajo, no a ver la tele. Si que, como punto menor, que las empleadas de limpieza de los apartamentos utilicen el ascensor para los huéspedes es un pequeño problema. Puesto que a veces no sabes si coger directamente las escaleras, ya que se colapsan un poco y si tienes prisa puede ser desesperante.

Meine Freundin wurde 3x ausgesperrt auf mehrere stunden Ich telefonierte täglich mit der Hotline + dazu verlangte ich mehrmals den Manager ans Telefon, doch die Hotline Arbeiterinnen lügten nur rum sagten er sei nicht da und schiebten es immer weiter hinaus auch rückrufe gab es keine. Ich finde es eine richtige Frechheit, total verbrachten wir 15 stunden ausgesperrt obwohl die Zahlung einging, und sie gaben an „booking“ schuld und sagten booking system hat Störungen und hat keine Zahlung angezeigt doch dies war sicher nicht der fall :) Ich würde mich immer noch freuen wen ich irgendwann die Möglichkeit bekomme den Manager zu kontaktieren damit ich ihm mal eine richtige Rückmeldung geben kann detailliert was diese Hotline macht. + Das Zimmer war 10 Tage belegt (7tage über booking) und nicht 1x wurde das Zimmer geputzt, richtige Frechheit! Auch dies konnte dies wurde der Hotline gemulden Aber per Zufall wurde genau an diesem Donnerstag meine frau ausgesperrt für 8 Stunden in der Kälte. Finde es eine rechte Frechheit was da alles geschehen ist & ich verlangte danach eine Kompensation oder kontakt mit dem Manager aber all das geschah nicht. Bin mir so etwas nicht gewohnt. Posizione fantastica, stazione del treno e tram a due passi e in 15 minuti ti portava al centro di zurigo, camera molto bella e pulita, check-in facilissimo da fare con tutte le istrusioni.

The facilities were of a very high standard and once I had arranged to get the code to allow me entry to the complex then everything was very good.

Breakfast was not included as far as I was aware. It was rather irritating to be asked repeatedly in additional emails to supply identification which was done immediately I received the initial request and that this meant also that no access details were sent until I rang on the day of my arrival.

El parking demasiado caro

Sehr nah am Bahnhof, allerdings keine öffentlichen Parkplätze in vernünftig erreichbarer Nähe. Darauf wird man leider bei Buchung nicht hingewiesen, hier muss im Vorfeld die Tiefgarage für 27 Fr. die Nacht gebucht werden.

Unter dem hinteren Teil des Bettes war ein Teppich, der leider völlig vernäßt war. Dieser Teppich hätte entfernt werden müssen, oder aber das Zimmer hätte erst wieder vermietet werden dürfen, wenn der Teppich auch getrocknet ist. Wer keine Hausschuhe mit dabei hat, kann definitiv nicht auf Socken dort laufen.

Fantastic value for the money. It is just 5 minutes by tram from the airport and about 10 minutes from downtown Zürich. For me this is a perfect location when I have an early morning flight and a lot more affordable than a traditional airport hotel. I stayed here twice and both times the room was spotless. The noise insulation is very good, I couldn't hear anything from the other rooms, the outside or from the corridor.

Todo muy bien y limpio, zona muy buena con transporte público de todos tipos en la cercanía.

Había una rejilla que soplaba aire frío constantemente, la calefacción tampoco funcionaba, di queja, me respondieron pero no solventaron nada.

Tudo muito limpo, bonito e moderno Adorei a sauna e o fitness.

Die Unterkunft ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, und ich konnte meinen Hund kostenlos mitbringen, lediglich eine Kaution war erforderlich. Zusätzlich zu den individuell gestalteten Zimmern bietet die Unterkunft auch ein Restaurant, das köstliche Speisen serviert, sowie eine voll ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche, in der man sich selbst versorgen kann. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner kann man ab 18 Uhr kostenfrei nutzen. Für diejenigen, die gerne aktiv bleiben möchten, gibt es einen Fitnessbereich, um sich fit zu halten, und einen Entspannungsbereich für Ruhe und Erholung. In der Lobby steht außerdem ein Arbeitsbereich zur Verfügung, ideal für Geschäftsreisende oder alle, die während ihres Aufenthalts arbeiten müssen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind gegen eine Gebühr in der Tiefgarage vorhanden, was zusätzlichen Komfort bietet und die Sicherheit des Fahrzeugs gewährleistet. Ohne Auto reist man bequem, da die Bahnhaltestelle direkt gegenüber ist.

Parken etwas teuer, es gibt nirgends kostenlose Parkplätze also muss man diese buchen, wenn man mit Auto anreist.

Dicht bij Zurich en treinstations. Schone kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt.

Naast het station en het vliegveld, waardoor toch veel geluidsoverlast. Kamer en bed wel heeeeel klein.

No check in and out process. So close train and tramway station only 2 min. Fully equipped room.toiletries, microwave, coffee machine ok but no coffee, kettle ok but no tea, to arrive city center only 9 min by train, airport 6 min. Good customer care. All questions are replied in a short time.

No tea and coffee. No salt. No slippers. And inventory list in the room make anxious.

El alojamiento muy bueno Hapartamento nuevos lujosos me gustaría volver y recomiendo a mis amigo

Pelos de otra persona en la cama, mucho polvo, churretes en la tapa del wc, huele a basura, nos dijeron que teníamos que limpiar nosotros, que los trabajadores están explotados y que solo tienen 6 minutos para limpiar, los cojines no se lavan desde hace años, no vengan a vision apartment. Entran sin llamar para la limpieza, Sangre en cortinas. Zonas comunes hotel sin limpieza y ambiente de mujeres en el bar que parece un club de mujeres. Atención al cliente no nos ayudó nunca. Y encima me vieron desnudo al entrar y ni se disculparon. Y si ven a tu mujer o marido desnuda al entrar?
