The property was better than the pictures! The house was close to many coffee shops, delicious restaurants, and affordable grocery stores. We walked almost everywhere, which was so fun and convenient. Loved Pins Mechanical and The Garage! Indy 500 tour was neat!

The property was amazing! The location of the property was great! We were able to walk to the Fever game, close to downtown, great restaurants. We had questions about early/late check out and the host was great. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. There were a couple of issues with communication. We had a problem with our towels, and it took a while to get it resolved. I do think with some communication improvements, this is a great spot.

We were in town for our son's wedding, and this property was command central for the groom and his groomsmen to get ready while the ladies were getting ready at Bottleworks. Perfect location, perfect amount of room, clean, easy access. The garage parking was super helpful since the driveway only accommodates 2 cars. Did I mention the proximity to all the cool venues. Walking distance to everything, including a dollar general for any additional needs. Highly recommend this property.

Went to Indy for the 500. This place sleeps 14 and was perfect for our large group. The location next to Mass Ave was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Great location. Walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Home was a great size for seven adults a young children. Very clean and nice amenities.

This property is absolutely stunning ! All needs were met. Everything was within walking distance! Plenty of beds and bathrooms . There was 11 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out . 10 out of 10! Would stay again

We had a wonderful stay. If we could give a 10 star review we would. Everything about the house was excellent. Will be booking again next time we are in Indianapolis to visit family!

Quick trip to visit with family. Comfortable, spacious house that is within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Only very minor issues encountered - house had a weird sulphur smell when we first entered but cleared up in first couple of hours. The upstairs was very cold. Minimal towels provided and no bath mats. Only one dish towel in kitchen. Basement bathroom has no hot water. But, beds very comfortable and house easily fit our group. Really like that each bedroom has own in room bathroom. Basement is finished out very nicely. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing home with plenty of room to gather without feeling cramped. Loved that the 2nd level bedrooms all had their own bathrooms! Loved the location-very walkable and close to everything we needed

Great location , the house was clean and spacious.We had a group of 10 on our girls trip and everyone loved their rooms and slept well.

We stayed for a girls' weekend, and it was one of the best rental properties I have ever stayed in. The house is spacious, clean, updated, well-equipped, and in an excellent location for easy access to the city! The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Parking is the only thing that was a little tricky (only three cars can fit in the driveway), but there are street parking options within the block. Highly recommend!

My husband, sons, daughter-in-law, mom-Inlaw, all stayed in this PERFECT house for a long weekend visiting and celebrating our IU student! The house literally had everything we needed and more! It was spotless, well stocked and decorated with comfort and style. The owner responded immediately to a couple of my random questions. It’s truly a rental that we made sure we kept info. on because now it’s the only place where we want to stay in Indianapolis!

This property is too awesome to describe.
The basement is amazing and the first floor has great seating areas. The kitchen is a cooks dream!
The 3 upstairs bedrooms with private bathrooms complete the deal.
I can't forget the gated outside space. The front yard has a propane firepit and the back deck is shaded in the mornings to enjoy a cup of coffee.
We look forward to coming back to this beautiful home!

This home is in a great location! We were next door to a few breweries and good bars and a short bird scooter ride from downtown.
Communication with the property manager, Mike was incredible as well. Any issues were resolved immediately. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous home! The layout is perfect for larger groups or even smaller ones- the location is amazing as there are so many restaurants and bars within a very short walk. We will definitely stay here again and are looking forward to it!

This property is beautiful and fully stocked! Forget something? no worries!
The location was perfect for our 13 guests to walk to restaurants and points of interest. Our kids absolutely LOVED the basement area. The bunk room was perfect for sleeping and they really liked having their “own space” to play. Every room was beautifully decorated!
The host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. I highly recommend this property. We will be back!

This property is one block off of Mass Ave and it’s absolutely beautiful. It looks and smells brand new inside. The house was comfy and homey, and was fully equipped with everything you’d need. Hosts left thoughtful touches, and checked in periodically to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We were able to park in their two car garage, and didn’t need our cars all weekend. We scooted or walked everywhere, and felt safe coming back late at night. We will definitely be back!

This property was just what we were looking for. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants. Kitchen was stocked with everything one would need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Adequate space for large families. Kids room in the basement was great!! And working with Michael, who’s the property manager was awesome. His response times were quick to any of our questions. We look forward to renting this property again in the future.
