We were looking for a place that could accommodate our family (16 total), in Florida that was somewhere close to the beach, and also a home that was actually spacious enough so we wouldnt feel claustrophobic (lol). We sure chose the PERFECT PLACE!!! The layout of the house is even better than what is described! We didn't even feel like we needed to go anywhere because the house was so much fun! I have a feeling this will be the place we will now use for the big family vacations. Tony, the owner of the property, was awesome, and so kind! We were celebrating my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and he and his family happened to be in FL at their other property, and he stopped by and brought cupcakes!! If you are looking at this property for your stay, dont hesitate, I promise you won't regret it!

We had an awesome stay at Tony’s home!! We had a large group with children and there was plenty of space and things to do inside the home. Location was great if you don’t mind a short drive to the beach. We were able to spend 3/4 days of our trip at the ocean. They provided beach towels, chairs and umbrella which was a big plus with our large group. Tony even spoke on the phone with me ahead of our stay to tell me all about the nearby beaches and local restaurant spots. Would definitely recommend this home! We really enjoyed all of the amenities the home provided and Tony was a great host.

Great property for a large group.

We stayed at the house in late June and we were simply overwhelmed with everything it had to offer. First of all, the host Tony was the best host we’ve ever had…and we travel quite a bit. We got all of the information in a very clear email. There was a website for the house that has all the information we needed, including activities that we would book. Tony checked in on us the day we arrived and was available during our entire stay. They have literally thought of everything in this house!!! Cribs, play pens, board games, plenty of cups, plates, a high chair, you name it and they have it! We were traveling with 3 families and each adult group got their own king bed. The beds are all memory foam mattresses and soooo comfortable. We love the layout of the home. When we first arrived we thought it looked small from the outside, but once we were in it was HUGE, and very open and bright. The kitchen is beautiful. We loved the huge island and the sitting area to the side. My family would sit there every morning and discuss the plans for the day. It was awesome that it was open to the dining room too. The space is just so open and large. We loved the back game room. This room has another full kitchen including a second refrigerator. Oh yeah I didn’t mention the crushed ice machine in the main kitchen. Everyone loved this ice. The game room has 4 huge TVs that make one enormous TV. It’s seriously the largest TV I’ve ever seen, and it was so cool to watch movies on!!! We would make popcorn and watch movies together almost every night. There’s plenty of seating and two massive bean bags. Each bean bag easily sat 3 kids and some of the kids just slept on them because they were so comfortable. The kids also loved the bunk bedrooms. Each bunk is a full size so they sleep two people each and there is a pullout trundle. The house is so tastefully decorated, it just screams vacation fun and has a kind of retro feel. I guess this is why they called it the tropical vibe house. We actually asked Tony where he bought some of the stuff and he already had an Amazon shopping list where we could purchase some of the decorations and even furniture. Outside the pool is amazing! The waterfall was so relaxing. It’s so beautiful with all the tropical plants in the back yard and privacy fence, you forget that you’re in a neighborhood. Outside there are several games: ping pong, corn hole, and a life size beer pong type game. Several nights after the kids went to bed, the adults would make a fire in the fire pit and just sit and talk. I still haven’t even gotten to the best part, the OUTDOOR MOVIE THEATER!!! We had to sign another waiver and put down a deposit, which I totally understand. Part of the waiver is because you do have electricity close to the pool, and I totally get that. But the screen is huge and the picture from the projector was much better than we were expecting. It was so fun to sit out side and watch a movie! The location of the house is a beautiful drive to the beach, and a huge park across from the house with tennis, pickle ball, frisbee golf, dog park, and playgrounds. We went to the Manatee Public beach and loved it. Except for the parking. Ask Tony about parking and he will give you some lifesaving tips. Most days it was only about 10 minutes drive but there were a few times that it took longer because of traffic. I think we were there during a peak week. The beaches are beautiful and the island is like an old Florida beach down. We used to always go to Destin but decided to change it up this year. We were so pleasantly surprised and we actually enjoyed being off the island and away from the traffic. The house is very close to a Walmart, Publix, and Winn Dixie. There’s a Target going in about 2 miles away too. Tons of restaurants are very close. Tony recommended Mar Vista on the island is it was a hit, we also loved Joey D’s Chicago style pizza. Overall this house is just perfect! We loved the location and all the things to do. There were days that we just hung out at the house and grilled out at night. We never would have done that at a condo in Destin. I can’t say enough about the host and how organized everything is. We will definitely come back!!!!

What a cool house. Loved the decor and that it was different than any property I’ve stayed in before. The house is much bigger once you come in, there is plenty of room for a large group, the pool/outdoor area is stunning, and the hangout room with the 4 tv’s is so cool plus just a great place to hangout with everyone. Will definitely stay here again!
